Very Good

Walking in there were dirty sheets and a towel on the counter. The ps 5 was advertised but had to use our own log in. We don't have one so that upset my son. The grill timed out after an hour and leaked really bad, also the burners didn't all work. Beautiful views and room size were good. Not a lot of seating in the living room. There was no pictures of going into the house and my mom is old so very difficult for her. Also spun our wheels with parking there was glass in the gravel and got a flat tire.

Thank you for staying at Heavenly Timbers and for this detailed feedback. I’m sorry your stay missed the mark.
What we did after reading your review:
- Housekeeping: Reinforced our cleaning checklist, retrained staff, and added an extra pre-arrival inspection. Any remaining soiled linens were replaced.
- PS5: Updated the listing and arrival guide to clearly state the console requires a guest’s personal PlayStation account/subscriptions. We now test consoles before arrivals and included simple login/setup instructions.
- Grill: Inspected and serviced the grill, fixed the leak, repaired/cleaned the burners, and added a brief usage note and regular maintenance checks.
- Living room seating: Added additional seating options and updated the listing photos and description to reflect seating capacity more accurately.
- Entry and parking: Added photos of the walk from the parking area to the front door and clarified the approach/steps in the arrival guide for guests with limited mobility.
- Parking area safety: Cleared the gravel lot of debris and glass, refreshed the gravel, and increased pre-arrival property sweeps to prevent future issues.
I apologize again for these problems and appreciate you calling them out. If you’d like to share more details about your stay, please message us through Vrbo so we can follow up. We hope to have the chance to host you again.
Overall, it was a great stay. The house is beautiful, as is the location. The host was very responsive however, we requested that the a/c filter be changed because the grate was covered in dust/lint but that did not occur. The house did get quite warm in the afternoon/ evening. The thermostat was set on 70but the a/c could not maintain that temperature - it was 78 in the house one evening. The walkway to the house was a bit steep and rocky, my elderly mother had a hard time getting up and down to the parking area. There was also what looks to be mold on the ceiling in the laundry room.
Everything was very nice and super clean! Absolutely loved the blankets and fun decor. The property manager was just a text away if we needed anything and the view was incredible. We would absolutely come again!

Beautiful, peaceful setting for our team retreat.
Heavenly Timbers was the perfect setting for our team retreat. The cabin was beautifully furnished, clean, and well-equipped. The surrounding nature provided a much-needed escape from the hustle of work. We enjoyed spending time together, both indoors and outdoors. The Treeline was responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
The house needs alittle TLC. The house overall is beautiful. However, the outdoor area near the creek always had a sewage smell. So we spent little time there. The master bedroom had a knocking noise in the fan, causing lack of sleep. We just turned it off and had to sweat alittle. The ac stayed on 73 during the day and took forever to cool back down at night. We had no control of the ac controller. The bedroom also had a door to lead outside, which we could not use as the outside door handle would fall off. We just kept that door locked at all times. The living room rug had to be removed on our first day. Way too many pet stains for my liking. Gross!! I also had to sweep the entire living and kitchen area due to the amount of dog hair left behind. The maintenance lady was very friendly and came to remove it very quickly. She also did a quick vacuum after removing the rug. They also picked up several piles of poop from the previous renters near the front door (in the rock area). My husband and I would wake up with a new bug bite each morning. Not sure if it was bed bugs or red bugs. We also killed 2 baby roaches. I would definitely not recommend this place until alittle TLC happened.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
The cabin felt very corporate owned. As in the owners have never stayed here. It was not particularly cozy. The furniture wasn’t comfortable. The air conditioner worked but wouldn’t get below 75 during the day. Access from the parking area was sketchy at best. The cabin wasn’t clean. The walls were dirty, the furniture and rugs were stained, and it was dusty in general. There were also several damaged fixtures and burned out lights. The hot tub was large but the controls were damaged and only half of the jets worked. Our trip was not unpleasant but compared to other cabins we have rented in the area this one did not measure up.
Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad you enjoyed Heavenly Timbers. We appreciate you choosing Treeline Vacation Rentals and hope to host you again soon.
