Gorgeous, renovated apartment with a hotel feel. This 1 bedroom plus a sleeper sofa that fit an additional 1 person is located in the sought-out area in the Park View neighborhood. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Petworth metro, Columbia Heights metro, two grocery stores (Safeway and Giant) and several other grocery stores only a ten-minute ride via Uber or Lyft. Did I mention that you are also a 10-minute ride to U and 14th Street corridor of the city. There are tons of coffee shops and food places within walking distance. The apartment offers all new stainless-steel appliances, to include Samsung stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. The bathroom is totally renovated with new vanity, and shower. An added beauty are the barns doors on both the bathroom and bedroom to provide additional space. This space is very convenient for any nurse or doctor in rotation. This gorgeous apartment is located just a ten-minute walk to Veteran Administration Hospital, Children Hospital, and MedStar Washington Hospital Center.
