Our beautifully renovated one bedroom apartment is located in one of the most desired areas in DC. Walking distance from great restaurants, the National Zoo, and walking distance to the Metro subway system which will zip you down to the National mall in 15 minutes. The apartment has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, a brand-new full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and a huge flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is tons of closet space and the most comfortable bed you will sleep on. Plus the most comfortable fold-out couch on the market (American Leather). Double French doors lead out to a cozy little patio with comfortable Andirondack chairs that will allow you to enjoy the morning with fresh brewed coffee or an evening drink.

A beautifully finished and furnished 1st floor one bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked (although we didn't use it much) and the sofa bed was top notch, best I've ever slept on. Located on a quiet street yet only a short walk to Wisconsin Ave for restaurants, groceries and public transportation.

Very quiet neighborhood. Parking on the street was a snap with an online permit process. The unit was walkable to two different subway stations. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had many of the items we needed with groceries available nearby. Ther were also restaurants that were walkable. One small issue that came up was resolved by the owner the same day. Communication was very easy.

It was a beautiful apt - exquisitely clean with all the needed amenities. Our host was very responsive. Great location in lovely neighborhood, but walking distance to Metro stops, restaurants, etc. As advertised it is the ground floor of a larger house so one is sometimes aware of the upstairs occupants, but it was 99% very quiet. I would stay there again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. We also found that it was in a beautiful neighborhood close to the Metro, Nat’l Cathedral, Zoo, and many options for eating. It was a short drive to the National Mall and Reagan airport. Why they chose this property

Our apartment in located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in DC with beautiful old growth trees and well maintained homes and yards. But this isn't a suburban neighborhood. We are right in the middle of one of the nicest area's of the city. We are very close to two metro stations and two bus lines that make traveling around the city fast and easy. We are an easy walk to many terrific restaurants of all prices ranges and easy walk to the National Zoo and the National Cathedral.
