The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Take the trash outside and the brown container. Always recycle items goes in the blue container without any plastic bag for example cardboard plastic.
All instructions are in the black manual in the family room, on top of a small table next to the smart TV.
You can park up to four vehicles in the driveway. You can also park outside from 7 AM until 10:59 PM.Do not park vehicle outside after 10:59 PM. Will be towed at your own expenses.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours from 10pm-8am. No flushable items. Only toilet paper can be flushed. No more than 12 people in the house at a time. 8 overnight guests.
There will be a $500 smoking fee charge if any odor of smoke is detected
Upon check out, please wash used dishes and leave out to air dry, gather used towels, throw trash away and turn all lights off.

Now I will share the story behind our home:

When I was a little girl, one of my biggest dreams was to have a house close to where I could go to meet and visit Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, and it was later at the age of 19 that I was able to make that childhood dream come true. Later on, when I was older, I was able to realize my dream of buying a house close to Disney attractions. Never hesitate to go after your goals and your dreams, because dreams do come true and are realized as long as you go after them, persevere, and never give up.
