5 BR as well as a sofa bed off master bedroom. 6100 sqft, billiards room, formal dining room, large family room with fireplace, living room on main, main floor bedroom with handicapped bathroom accessibility,30 foot ceilings on main level living room second floor. 18 foot ceilings on second floor very palatial looking home outside has 3000 square-foot patio with built-in pool and pavers backyard is approximately 115 feet wide by 170 feet deep very well landscaped with trees and lots of flowers parking in driveway centrally air-conditioning, heated pool Wi-Fi Internet three large screen TVs ready for a small gathering only 26 miles from New York City only 8 miles to beaches less than 10 miles to airport and only 56 miles from the renowned Hamptons and only 2 1/2 drive to Atlantic City New Jersey or airway available for a half hour flight done. This home was newly renovated and decorated. Small parties are permitted but no large gatherings allowed. No pets, non smoking home.

Spectacular home!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this very big beautifully furnished home. We all found this lovely home to be spacious, comfortable and clean. Our host was very pleasant and all in all we had a great time and would most definitely come back again.

Can’t say it enough - Great Place

This house was truly exceptional—more like a mansion! It features three beautifully appointed living rooms and a special family room with a full-service bar and six stools. Every space was well-furnished, thoughtfully designed, and so clean. We’ve paid much more for rentals in the Hamptons and never experienced anything that compares to this. An outstanding place—we’ll definitely be back!

Great Home

This was the second time around for me and my business colleagues. The home is always immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. It's a great location for anyone needing a home away from home in the New York area and it's well worth the price. The only thing I ask for future stays is for Gerald (the home owner) to inform us when he is stopping by, even to "park his car to leave in the driveway". This startled a few of the females in our group who returned late after an evening event. They didn't know why the car was parked there and wondered if someone was inside. After calling Gerald he informed me that it was his personal vehicle. Other than this, the home and stay was wonderful. We hope to be invited back in the future.
