Peaceful, comfortable retreat with Disney+, ESPN, HULU and Netflix

Brand new apartment with 11-foot ceilings, lots of windows, and completely furnished. Two bedrooms with a king-size bed, a queen bed, and a hide-a-bed. There is a new kitchen, a Wolf 8-burner barbeque grill on the patio, and outdoor seating on the upper and lower decks. Very quiet and private. New washer and dryer. Gas fireplace in the living room. Loft with ladder in one bedroom. Swingset, slide, and sandbox. No pets, please; we are allergic. Utilities: power, gas, water, and garbage are included.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place to stay.

We loved our stay. The place was way more than we ever expected. It was clean ,comfortable and very accommodating. They had some things stocked just in case we forgot something. We would definitely stay there again. We were visiting family and will definitely recommend it to any of their future guests.

Exploring the area

We were looking for a central location to explore the area all the way from North Ogden south to Salt Lake City and down to Park city. It was a perfect location, especially for explorations from Salt Lake City to Antelope Islands to North Ogden and Snowbasin. Their place was perfect and just as described. They had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing stay, close to downtown SLC & ski resorts

We had a fantastic stay at this 2-bedroom in Layton, Utah! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the overall space felt warm and inviting. We loved turning on the fireplace for a cozy movie night. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood and convenient for exploring the area- 25 min to downtown SLC, 30 min to Snowbasin, and 1hr to Brighton, Solitude, etc. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed (they even went above and beyond helping us find a space to store our RV while we stayed with them). Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable and amazing stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you John & Diane!

In general the property is nice and well appointed. However there are several concerns that potential clients should be aware of:1. The photo of the property is misleading. Our accomadation was in the back down 18 stairs which are very difficult for individuals disabilities.2. There was no means of temperature control in the space we rented. We had to open the door to off set the excessive cooling.3. The DVD player was broken and no effort was made to address this issue while we where there twice

The property is appointed very well in the kitchen, bed rooms, and bath. It has a large screen TV with some streaming set up. The DVD and stereo systems did not work. Contacted the owner, who was out of the country on an extened visit, about the DVD issue. Nothing was done to address the issue. Comment was watch TV. The photo of the property was misleading. The unit was in the back down 18 concrete stairs making it very difficult for one with disabilities. There was no means to adjust the temperature in the unit.
