Great place to stay, the pools are wonderful, the condo was clean, the host had good communication, and the views are immaculate! We seen dolphins almost every morning! The dryer is squeaky and the big door/windows in the living room could use some sort of curtain.

AMAZING

We've stayed in this exact condo twice now and it always exceeds our expectations. The sliding glass door was broken when we got there but Beachball owners were quick to get maintenance out there to fix it. Amazing views of the ocean and a clean condo. Always feel very safe and sound

Everything was great! We loved the detailed communications. The condo was just as expected. It was perfect for us! The walkway across the street is so convenient. The property is well keep and clean. We will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! Check-in process and acquiring the parking pass was so easy. The management company communicated before and throughout the stay just checking if everything was going well. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay. And there were Tommy Bahama toiletry kits which were a nice touch. The condo is nicely decorated and the furniture comfortable. The complex is clean and the staff is friendly. The guests at this complex always seem to be friendly too. This is our 3rd stay at Crystal Towers. We definitely recommend this condo and this management company. We could not have asked for a better place!

Overall the unit was clean, however the floors were gross and in need of a proper clean. Beds were amazing and one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The overall property is slightly older and the elevator situation was horrible especially during a holiday weekend. The bridge to walk over to the beach was a very nice addition to not being on the beach. Just ok, I personally wouldn’t stay here again but only bc I have another condo I prefer.

Lovely property, the dual balconies are a wonderful treat. Everything was super clean and accessible. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. As a note, the unit doesn't have anything "extra," which is something we are used to in other units in this building - previous renters (or the owners) usually leave a bunch of stuff, ie. spices, oil, beach buckets, etc. This unit is absolutely cleaned of all that stuff. Perfectly fine, just don't expect any random stuff. The property has so many options for water - three pools and an easy, air conditioned walk to the beach.

Perfect location

The condo was amazing and exactly as described. Had everything we needed for a family of 4 plus grandparents. Covered walkway to beach was great! Outdoor pools were a little cold for the time we were there, but the beach and indoor pool were perfect. Only complaint was the shower/tub in the master bathroom didn’t drain very well. Overall a great location and property. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean. Lots of closet and drawer space. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The front balcony, sunrises, and the back balcony, sunsets, were awesome. Multiple pools and whirlpools, sauna, gym, parking, and the sky walk over the road was all excellent. And of course the beautiful white sand beaches!

Condo is beautiful - like location - adequate dishes, pans, glassed etc. The pools were beautiful, but cold -wish they were heated! would love to come back again. Issue with second toilet not flushing was resolved quickly. The beds were not that comfortable-mattresses need to be replaced. Floors were dirty-that's an issue for the cleaning company.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns vom ersten Moment an gefallen, sie ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber.Der große Pool direkt am Beach ist sehr schön und der Walkway über die Straße zum Pool ist einzigartig.Das jedes Schlafzimmer einen Balkon hat war auch ein großer Vorteil. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy.The condo was very spacious, nicely laid out, and we absolutely loved the corner unit view. It was also very convenient to walk to both the pool and the beach.There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. While the floors appeared clean, our socks and bare feet quickly became black from walking around the condo. The dryer was also very inefficient—we had to run our towels through three separate 60-minute cycles before they were completely dry.We were also disappointed with the lazy river. It was much smaller than the pictures made it appear. There were no floats provided, which surprised us since every lazy river we’ve visited has supplied them. The current was also very weak, so instead of floating around, you had to paddle yourself the entire way.Overall, we had a great vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and none of the issues we experienced would keep us from staying here again. We would certainly consider booking this property in the future
