Welcome home! This newly renovated and furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Just steps away from the many amenities of Butler’s beautiful campus and a short drive to many downtown Indianapolis events and experiences. Hop onto the Central Canal Trail to the unique downtown Broad Ripple, historical Meridian District, Newfields Gardens and Museum, Holliday Park, and many other fun destinations!

Retreat to your spacious master suite or snuggle up in one of our two guest rooms. The first offers a cozy queen bed. The second offers you two twin beds. Down the hall you can play games or sit back and watch a movie on the wi-fi enabled smart TV. The sectional easily converts to a full sized bed for extra bed space. Kiddos will love the toys and games provided and baby can have a cozy safe sleep certified pack n play to sleep in.

Relax in tranquility with full access to this private single family home with a fully fenced large yard. Enjoy dinners under the trees in private or sip coffee on the front patio while you hear Butler University’s bell toll in the distance. Keyless entry puts you in charge of your arrival and departure, just show up and relax! Ample parking space in the driveway. There is an exterior camera at the front door for safety purposes.

Great stay!

I was very happy with everything! It was very clean. I appreciate all the special touches. It was clear that the host did their best to ensure the guest had a good experience. It was a perfect place to come with pets and with children. I will be planning to stay here again the next time I come to Indianapolis. Thank you!

Perfect for Butler University viait

Super cute with plenty of space. Everything you need for cooking and chilling out. Beds are super comfy and cozy. And across the canal for campus. Close to downtown. We would highly recommend for any reason you n ed to come to a Indianapolis.

This place should be avoided. The host is completely unaware of how unclean their place is. The house smelled strongly of pet odors. The couch and rugs were stained or dirty. Closet doors were broken, and the house was generally unkempt. I would not recommend staying here at all. Make sure to read the reviews and notice how long the gap is between them. If people stay at this location, they’re leaving terrible reviews as well. Again, avoid this place—the description does not match reality.
