Located within 2 miles of all the conveniences Kirksville has to offer. You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located nest. 1.5 Miles from Truman, ATSU, and Northeast Regional Medical Center, 3/4 of a mile from downtown Kirksville , and within walking distance to groceries, pizza, ice cream, and Starbucks. A short 10 minute drive to picturesque Thousand Hills State Park.

The property is in a super convenient location in the middle of town with Walgreens just a walk across the street. The interior was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely be utilizing this place in the future.

This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time

Great Little Getaway

This was a great spot for us to stay for Family weekend at Truman. It was close to our daughter and centrally located to everything you might need. The house was so cute and clean. It was only the two of us, but we know we could bring the entire family to sleep there if we needed, because there was plenty of space. Loved this cute little place and will consider it again on other trips to the Ville.

Perfect cozy getaway

Two moms came to the Ville to spend time with our daughters for Women’s Weekend at their sorority. This is the first time I’ve stayed with someone other than family. The house was perfect for the two of us and still gave us our privacy. Close to our girls and everything in town.

Stayed here with my family as we moved our oldest into college. The home was perfect for us. All the space we needed and a kitchen to cook some meals in.
