Welcome to Amani (Peace in Swahili). Newly built modern beach home, on the south end of Guana Cay. Enjoy 3 large bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, located on the water, steps away from Secret Beach and miles of white sand. Primary suite includes king bed, large ensuite and walk in shower. Second room also with a king bed, private bath with walk in shower. Third room has two queen beds, private bath also with a walk in shower. Large wrap around deck with access from every room. Fully functional kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook your meals. Two large refrigerators, large dining table, island with additional seating, and a cozy sitting area with TV. Outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sounds of the ocean waves. Sand volleyball, kayak and paddle boards can be used. Enjoy snorkeling or fishing right from the beach.
