The space
The building, constructed in 1910, has been exquisitely maintained to preserve its historic charm. Inside the apartment, you'll find stunning hardwood floors that span every room, along with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. With ample room for two individuals, the apartment offers a spacious and comfortable living environment. Rest assured; your safety is a top priority as the building features a secure electronic entry system. In addition, to further enhance security, cameras are strategically placed in the main areas of the building.
Guest access
During your stay, you'll have the entire apartment to yourself, including the bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and fenced-in backyard patio with seating and a grill.
Other things to note
-Free street parking is available in front of the apartment except for Monday Friday 4pm - 6pm. You will have to move your car to the next block.

-It can be challenging from Thursday-Saturday nights. In that case, I suggest driving up two blocks on Paca Street and parking near the park.

-NO smoking allowed

-Please keep the front door of the building closed at all times - pull tightly!
