Needs some improvements

This property needs some minor improvements. There were some light bulbs burnt out. The towel racks looked like they had been pulled off and put back up. The dishwasher did not seem to get the dishes clean. The property manager only speaks Spanish. The location was close to McAllen, grocery stores and nature parks. I liked that it is a gated housing community.

Rat in curtains

The condo was very hot, took forever to cool down, never got past 82. There was a RAT living in the master bedroom curtains, it was not cleaned under the master bed. Huge Ants covering the sidewalk you had to walk in the grass and run. Never again!

Perfect place to stay while visiting the McAllen area

The house met or exceeded all of our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. The pool is super close and on several occasions had it all to ourselves. The location was also ideal, with the airport and several shopping malls being very close. Thanks for a great stay.

Our second visit. Love it! Welcomed back by property manager Daisy. Feels like home away from home. Clean, comfortable. Gated community. Quiet, safe. Condo is spacious. Fully-equipped kitchen, we cooked up some nice meals and enjoyed time together. Has everything we need. One-level, no stairs, works well for our family of all ages. Close to shopping, convenient for picking up groceries. Nicholas is excellent at providing quick communication and answering questions. Will be back soon. 10/10

Hostess made accommodations to help us check in early. Flying in from a Anchorage is very tiring. We appreciate the hostess' help. We could figure out how to lock the sliding door to the patio. That was the only issue.

Spring Break in Texas

We had a wonderful time staying here, and the property manager, Daisy, was great to work with. It is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with super friendly and kind neighbors. It worked great for our family so each child could have their own room and be comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the jacuzzi pool does not work, and apparently has been broken for three years. So, the pool was not at all heated and during the month of March that meant it was pretty much an arctic polar challenge. We were looking forward to using the pool that week, so it was a little disappointing, but it is ok. The home is lovely and we were very happy with our stay.

At first I was slightly irritated by the check in process, because it was very different from other properties. After the initial contact it was fine and quite easy to get in contact with the property manager. The condo was clean and cozy. The property is small and I felt completely safe and comfortable in this gated community. It was quiet and super close to everything in town.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious. Just perfect! Beautifully decorated, felt right at home as soon as I arrived. Quiet, gated community. I felt very safe arriving on my own. Welcomed by Daisy, the property manager, who was delightful! My family visited and the condo was spacious for all ages to enjoy. Fully-equipped kitchen. Loved the pool - had it to ourselves, water was nice and warm. Close to shopping, minutes from grocery supermarket, Target, Walmart. Nicholas responded quickly to all of my questions. I definitely will be back soon.

Best Place in the area!

The condo was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would want. Pool was very clean, well maintained and under 1 minute walk. Located in a quiet gated area just minutes away from Walmart, Costco, Target, restaurants and grocery hypermarkets. Daisy the property manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended and definitely will stay there again when visiting the area.

Perfect Accommodations for Quick Family Visit

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely furnished condo. Nicholas was extremely efficient in communicating with me as we prepared for our trip, and as we arrived. The home is located in a gated property and there is a shared community pool to use. We were very warmly welcomed by the property manager. Our family will surely keep this property on our list to use when we are visiting relatives in the future. I definitely recommend this property for anyone wishing the comforts of home away from home.

We had a wonderful vacation...our condo was very nice and located in a family area. We felt right at home and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would stay there again if we are ever in that area. My 92 to year old mother was worried about staying at a home, rather than at a hotel. When we first walked in, she said how clean and shiny it all looked. She enjoyed everything about it.
