Questo è un condominio bellissimo e arredato in modo confortevole in un'ottima posizione centrale.
Una spaziosa 950 piedi quadrati con tutto il necessario: vicino a ristoranti e campi da golf (McCormick Ranch, Silverado, Camelback), Old Town e Hwy 101 per arrivare ovunque tu sia. Tutti i comfort di casa, tra cui un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto e un comodo letto matrimoniale Murphy nella grande sala (niente molle per divano letto!). A pochi passi dalla piscina / spa della comunità, ma con la possibilità di un ampio balcone privato - di fronte alla splendida Camelback Mountain - per rilassarsi da soli. Facile da raggiungere direttamente sulla cintura verde per passeggiate, corse, pattinaggio o ciclismo.

Worked perfectly for our needs

The condo was spacious, well-appointed and in a great location. Covered parking was an added bonus, especially in the hot Phoenix summer. Sandi made the whole experience easy, she responded quickly to questions and checked in throughout our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better solution for our long term stay.

Excellent rental, especially for the price

I needed a place to stay for a summer internship and this rental was perfect. No issues checking in, keeping in touch with Sandi, or checking out. No haste throughout the rental. Couldn't recommend this place more highly

A month in Paradise!

We stayed in a one bedroom condo near biking, walking, Starbucks - what else could you want. The condo was clean and comfortable. We could sit in the patio overlooking a small park to watch the little ones playing and others walking their dogs. We'd stay in northern Scottsdale again.

Our home away from home

We have stayed here several times for months at a time as we are doing fertility in Arizona. So very clean and organized. Love the grounds and pool. Very quite neighbors. As far as the owners, they go above and beyond to make their guest happy. I get my deposit back every time ASAP. Very nice furniture and the smell is wonderful and clean. Now I will reply to the horrible false review left before us. We stayed immediately after this person. I did notice the damage and it was very very obviously done by a big dog. The leather was scratched horribly on her very high end leather chair. I seriously doubt that that lady sat in quite often because of the location of it, it doesn’t even face the television as it’s more of a statement piece. Also I had to call owners and let them know I found dog chewings on a couch pillow. The owner replaced chair and pillows immediately when they could. They would have before us but we needed in the unit the same day the other person left. The person had obviously brought in a big dog and was trying to lie about the damage. And the whole American Canadian comments were really kinda showed how rude she is. Also the decor comments a complete falsehood. I never write reviews but I insiste when I see the good name of someone falsely being tarnished. I wish I could upload my own photos. The condo is really my home away from home.

Owners Are Not Living In Reality

The condo was okay, but owners do not live in reality and obviously have no clue about the laws in the United States. The furniture at the condo is all old and very worn out. The pictures are very deceiving. I would not ever sit on the sofa because the cushions on the back won’t stay up and it’s just old, nasty and worn out. There was one chair I sat in regularly, it was made from that cheap bonded leather. The chair is old and the cheap bonded leather was beginning to peel on the seat. The owners had a throw blanket over it covering the damage. The owners had also already placed a cover over the back of the chair hiding that damage. After my 2 month stay, that cheap bonded leather continued peeling off. I was CONSTANTLY having to sweep the peeling up off the floor where it kept crumbling each time I sat in it. These very disturbing owners tried to charge me $500 for this VERY CHEAP, OLD chair!! I have disputed this charge with my credit card company. The chair is at least 10 years old. Looks like something picked up from a garage sale for $30 or $40. These owners are Canadian and clearly have no clue how the laws work in the United States. They’re getting ready to be educated. I expect I will be taking them to court, then they will also be responsible for my attorney fees. Also, I had to buy a new shower curtain rod because the one at the condo would not stay up. Of course I was also out this money. There is a terrible odor of old and musty smell inside the condo. I bought plugins and candles trying to disguise the odor. I definitely would not suggest this unit. The owners are thieves. I expect the owners will end up in court over this reservation and stay. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.

Perfect location with all the amenities

This unit is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood.. The unit itself has everything one would need . It has a great view of Camel back mountain plus being close to stores for shopping. Heated pool and a great gym are on the premise. Sandi the owner is very great to work with.

Great Location and Very Comfortable

Quiet and comfortable condo centrally located in Scottsdale. Perfect for 1-2 people, mainly due to only 1 bathroom. Quality furnishings, comfortable bed and full cable package including sports channels. Can't go wrong with this one!

Good apartment, great value

Had a very good experience with the property. The area is nice and the property is well-maintained. It is very affordable too despite being in an area (McCormick Ranch/Paradise Valley) that is generally somewhat expensive. Close to the freeway, food, and shopping. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area

Great Vacation Condo

The condo is exactly as the owners described. It's in one of the best locations in the Phoenix area as well as the best location in the complex. Previous reviews were accurate and thorough so I won't repeat them. They did provide more hangers for clothing than most people will ever need.(See last review) I highly recommend this rental. Ken

Scottsdale Condo

What a perfect location in Scottsdale. The condo was immaculate. Plenty big for a one bedroom, with a nice balcony facing a small park. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Bring your cloths and a few extra hangers as everything else is provided. I would strongly recommend to anyone staying in the Scottsdale area.

Great Confortable Condo

Had a great time using this condo. Its very comfortable with anything you could need. The view off the back deck is great. The hot tub was great after a day of biking. The location was excellent and very close to Old Town and the highway. I'd stay here again and highly recommend the condo.

Perfect Property

We had an absolutely fabulous two weeks in Sandi & Daryl's condo. The location was very convenient to many activities with plenty of nearby shopping. The size and accommodations were perfect for a couple of newly retired folks! The description was extremely accurate. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. Customer service was terrific - both prior to our visit and by the local contact during our visit. We definitely recommend the property and will consider it on our next visit to Scottsdale.

Super condo, well laid out and furnished.

Had a very enjoyable two week stay. The condo was clean, well laid out, and nicely furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and cookware for convenient cooking. Pool and workout room were close and well maintained. The condo overlooked an adjacent park and was as advertised. The condo is located near Hayden Road which provides easy access to local golf courses, eateries, and Scottsdale attractions and Costco. The Desert Botanical Garden and Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park (out of town) were especially interesting to me. Enjoyed dining at El Sombrero and Roaring Fork. Overall a very nice property led to an enjoyable visit to Scottsdale. I would certainly recommend this condo/property to a friend or relative. And thanks to the owner for the great customer service.

Great mccormick ranch condo

Lovely one bedroom with lots of room. Looks onto a park Condo facilities are everything you need, pool hot tub, gym, BBQ. The unit itself is fully equipped, very clean and tidy Close to many golf courses in the central Scottsdale area, restaurants +++ Loved it.

A spacious Scottsdale Condo in a friendly complex

This condo is so spacious and comfortable! We loved sitting on the patio in the late afternoon with a cocktail, watching the sun go down over the hills. It is decorated and furnished nicely, and it instantly feels like home. The complex is very well kept, and the pool is a lovely oasis where you can find shade or sun. The nearby trails take you through lovely neighbourhoods and golf courses. We rented bikes one day and explored for miles! Our next stay in Scottsdale will be certainly be here!

Beautiful property and perfect location!!

Very clean and comfortable condo, in a great location! Patio has a wonderful view of Cambelback, perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Close to the Indian Bend Wash walking path, lovely walk through the golf course. Old Scottsdale only a 10 minute drive. Had a great stay here!!

Had a fantastic stay

A great condo with everything you need to make your stay comfortable from a lovely living space to a great patio overlooking the park. Very close to golfing, shopping and lots of great restaurants. The complex is very private and quiet with a lovely pool and hot tub area. Perfect for relaxing after a golf game! I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place to relax and easily access everything Scottsdale has to offer!

Great 1 bedroom in Scottsdale

Great size for a one bedroom, we had lots of room. Close to Old Town and many walking paths, plus golf courses and hiking at Camelback. The quiet balcony with the park and mountain view was super - we spent a lot of time out there! And we loved how easy it was to get to the hot-tub and pool whenever we got home from a game or a hike. Would highly recommend. This is a great complex!

Great Gals Getaway!

I stayed at this clean condo for six nights with two girlfriends. It is a great size and very comfortable, especially the bed! The complex is well kept and has a beautiful pool deck, complete with hot tub,. There are also several BBQ's around the pool deck that are available to use. Will be coming back for sure!
