Make my home your home! Quiet neighborhood, large yard, driveway, fully renovated, tv’s with Roku in every room, internet, washer & dryer in basement, room for the whole family fun, come enjoy! Love the space! Great home feeling away from home! Close to shopping, lakes, parks, golfing, Woodward dream cruise if you are familiar, M1 Concourse right around the corner, so many great options! Not to mention the country of Canada within 35 minutes. This is the place to be, come enjoy!

Trash pick up is every Friday, please put the can out on Thursday night!
When check out please put keys back in lockbox.

A weekend far from home

We came from 17 hours away to go to Bass on the Block put on by the Crofoot. The Vrbo itself is a little older but over all was nice. Had window units for ac but was more than enough. The yard could use a mowing but keep your eye out for the massive ground hog that lives out back.

They didn’t have curtains in the bathroom or on the window upstairs in the hallway. Looks like I hadn’t been cleaned. Also they dish soap supplied smelt like chemicals. I don’t think it’s in a good area either there is abandoned houses on the street. I left the night before my check out and there were people outside screaming at each other. Wasn’t a good experience.

I choose this neighborhood because I have seen it transformed from what it use to be to what it is now, and where it’s going. This is a family oriented community, it’s growing, a lot of new and historic homes are in the area, and it’s developing.

What makes this property unique

I believe my property has been a stand out property in the area. When I first started on this project it was old and outdated. With time and effort we were able to bring the space up to par, and give it the feel that it has right now! I look forward to hosting you soon!
