Charming little house, easy walk to restaurants, shops. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area, as were brochures in the house. A great stay!

The Little Yellow House was perfect for our visit to Viroqua. We enjoyed the comfortable furnishings, the healthy house plants, and the variety of art displayed. The front porch was a pleasant place to relax, and we appreciated the brochures for historic walking tours and hikes. Being able to walk downtown and to the excellent Viroqua Co-Op made this a great place for our visit to Viroqua.

The property was very clean and inviting. Amy was very friendly and responsive to our questions. There are lots of shops in the downtown area and during the summer months there’s a wonderful farmers market on Saturdays in the downtown town area. We highly recommend this property.

The Little Yellow House is very cute, clean and easily walkable to downtown. This is good because downtown seems to have quite a bit of traffic including big trucks.Amy was very helpful being very respectful to make sure if we needed anything. We recommend staying here.

This spot was perfect for my solo vacation. It was close enough to downtown to be able to walk everywhere, but still feels like a private retreat. I would definitely stay again at this sweet spot in the heart of the Driftless!

Great little place to stay and relax.

It was really nice to stay at the little yellow house and relax after being out, hunting in the cold the entire day. The host is extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We would love to stay again in the future if available.

We are sorry to hear that this location did not live up to this guest’s expectation. We have been hosting since Jan 2024. We are proud that every guest review we have gotten through this site and the other popular short term rental site has been 5 stars. This is the first time we have heard this critique about our location. Often guests site our location across from the historic buildings and with in walking distance to Main Street as things they particularly enjoy.

The host was very accomodating and everything was as described including a few thoughtful extras. The interior is charming and restored to a high level of detail. With no television provided, we were able to truly disconnect during our stay. The property is nestled in an up and coming historic neighborhood that was quiet and located near everything!
