This turnkey furnished property features an open floor plan with a view of the 9th tee from the screened in air conditioned lanai. Property includes a social membership. Swimming pool, hot tub, gym, Tennis, pickle ball, Bocce. Enjoy the Ridge pool and snack bar. Dine at the grill room and restaurant. 20 minutes to RSW airport, close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
