Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any noise that could disturb the neighbors past 9:30pm any given night is prohibited 🚫 No smoking inside property at all. All butts in outside trash
If you are checking out on a Friday, we politely ask that you please roll the brown trash bin out to the end of the driveway on Thursday night.
Your visitors must vacate property by midnight. As after midnight is considered an overnight stay. Please read and abide the manual left in kitchen

Family Vacation

Plenty of room, very clean house, great kitchen, great game room. We had a great time. Would recommend to others. Would use this house again.

Great location for MSU game. Safe neighborhood Very clean Basement shower drain might be draining slow We were very pleased with everything!

Nice House Quiet Neighborhood

House was very clean and spacious. All the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood and great location, easy access to stores and great parking. Host were very responsive and helpful. Would have given an overall rating of 5 but the central air broke and was not able to be repaired until after our stay was over. I would definitely recommend these hosts and location.
