There are multiple beach accesses nearby, including Bonito Drive public beach access less than a mile away. Sound Siesta is pet-friendly (dogs only), so bring along your furry family member, too. The whole family will enjoy nights in with a game at the dining room table. Stay entertained with all the amenities offered by the Monteray Shores community.

Monteray Shores has a community recreation room, community pool, tennis courts, children's playground, boat launch and a lovely dock - perfect for taking photos at sunset. Nearby beach accesses will lead you to uncrowded Corolla beaches with lifeguards. This home has excellent access to the sound via Monteray Shores amenities, including the Marsh Landing Pier less than a quarter mile away. If you can’t travel with your equipment, don’t worry! The community of Monteray Shores rents windsurfing equipment.

A new hot tub has been installed for the 2025 season.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
