Our modern, newly furnished and non smoking condo is very well maintained. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a huge balcony and sleeps 6 people. STEPS FROM THE BEACH AND POOL, ALL ROOMS HAVE BREATHTAKING SEA OF CORTEZ VIEWS. YOU WILL LOVE stepping onto the wide balcony from the living room and BOTH bedrooms!
Every room has a flat screen TV with Direct TV. There is also FREE Wi-Fi internet and hair dryers. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has everything you need to cook a meal for eating in. The fish market is just minutes away from the resort! This condo also has a fully equipped laundry room, no need for heavy packing. The extensive patio has enough room for dining or lounging with your favourite book and margarita in hand while you enjoy the amazing view. Our central position provides morning and afternoon shade.

Rental includes maid service, towels as well as wristbands to access all amenities and services this luxury 4 Diamond (AAA) resort provides:

RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE RESORT you can find: Banana boats, jet skis, horse back riding, massage on the beach, and of course fresh mangos! This is the most beautiful, clean, fine sand, warm water beach you will find so close to the border. The people are friendly and helpful, food is delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. We like to eat out and would be happy to recommend some local gems for you. We often make a family trip and have only had great experiences.

Check-in time is at 4pm. If you are early and your condo is not yet ready, reception will issue your wristbands and you are welcome to use all the facilities. They will then text you as soon as the condo is ready.

These Rates are discounted 50% off the Resort Rack rate and are available through VRBO and from Owner only. Our resort manager is Casago.
Renter will receive an official letter confirming reservation. Payment made directly to the resort manager. There will be a 50% deposit required to reserve rental and a $150 refundable deposit at arrival (provided no damages are made to the condo). Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed upon reservation.
