Sweet balcony

Beautiful property. Really nice being on ground level. Everything was great. I particularly appreciated that they have a paramedic on staff. The paramedic came by when my mom fell sick with the "too much mexican food" upset stomach and they were very helpful.

The main problem: we shared the cost Roth friends but their bed in 2 nd bedroom was very, very uncomfortable. They paid half but were not happy. A new mattress is urgently needed.

Lovely Unit at Las Palomas

Overall stay and property was lovely and well located. Easy access to pools and beach. Unit was well appointed and comfortable with the following exceptions: -Master mattress was solid as a rock and 2nd bedroom mattress was sqishy and lumpy. - The water heater was not on at arrival - there was no coffee in the unit, make sure to bring filters and coffee

A few hiccups but great location and unit

This was our first family only trip to Las Palomas and started off great. However there were several parts of the grounds under construction that were visually annoying but nothing to really complain about. Then after the first day there was jack hammering right in front of our unit and eventually they blocked off our walkway down to the pools. This was really annoying. The host was accommodating and communication was great. While we definitely did not enjoy the work being done, that had nothing to do with the unit… and now that it has been done there shouldn’t be anymore work in front of this unit for a while, so we’ll more than likely book again!

Great Time!

We all had a great time - 4 adults. Unfortunately, there was a water leak on the 4th floor that came down into the 1st floor unit in the laundry room/kitchen in the middle of the night, but they took good care of it. Over all it was a relaxing, enjoyable time by all. Staff took very good care of us. We will be coming back.

Great condo and perfect location to access pool and beach

Loved the condo. It was a perfect size for a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids under the age of 12. The condo provided everything we needed including cooking utensils, pots and pans and much more. Also had lots of board games!!! The balcony was great to hang out with the family and easy access to the pool and beach. Loved our stay and will definitely plan to stay here again.

Phase 1 ground floor definitely my favorite

The resort we stayed in was ground floor and led directly to pool from our back patio it was perfect and the patio had seating for up to 20 guest. The rooms were also amazing with 2 king beds for space and comfort and 2 bathrooms which come in handy.

Great overall experience!

The host was very informative and communicated right away. I'll start with the only thing bad and it's small. The front door to the resort was broken so we had to walk around when we first got in. That's it! That was the only annoying thing. Otherwise, the staff was great. All the food that we ordered was good. The condo we stayed in was perfect for everything we needed. Easy to use with directions in the right places if you needed it. Huge patio that did not get used. Great times! Will stay at the property again and even may look into purchasing one as this would be a great retreat and rental for a little extra something.

Heaven on earth

Second time staying here and will definitely come back! Beautiful,clean condo just steps to the lazy river. Short walk to the beach. There was a wedding outside by the pool during our stay and it was great to learn that shutting our sliding door it instantly removed any noise. Beds are super comfy. Only negative is the trash bags. They are very cheap and when you would pull the bag out of the can it would break. This is not just this condo it is all of them at las palomas as we had friend's in other units with same issue. I'll just bring trash bags from home. Overall 100% it was a fabulous stay

First family stay in Puerto Penasco

The property and staff were amazing. Very hard working and helpful friendly staff. The only thing i even remotely felt was missing was a bbq. That would have been nice with the large deck on the ground floor unit. Great location for family to easily explore puerto penasco. We hope to be back again. It was hard to communicate with some staff as we only speak english but they always made it work!

After 30 years of fun visiting Puerto Penasco, we finally had to make the dream a reality! We took the plunge and bought this property as a rental investment until we can make it our retirement home in a few years.

We LOVE Rocky Point. We have been visiting since we moved to Arizona over 30 years ago, and it is still the most relaxing place in the world. It may be a little more popular than in the old days, but it is still a hidden gem to people outside Arizona. New restaurants and shops are added, but Rocky Point always maintains that small fishing village charm.

As for buying the condo, we finally just ran out of excuses why we couldn't buy one! The kids are grown, so we needed a new adventure and started looking for the perfect rental that we could someday call home. The first floor condos in Phase-I of Las Palomas rarely go on the market, so as soon as this condo became available, we knew it was the condo for us! It is the perfect location with easy access to the lazy river, pools, water slide and of course the beach, but also some privacy from the busy adult pool area. The patio and direct access to everything is what makes this one of the most popular rentals in Las Palomas. We only have 5 star reviews in our first year of rentals and are working hard to continue that streak!

Note that only the Phase-I ground floor units have the gigantic patios.

One feature we didn't expect when we purchased this condo is how perfect this unit is situated for watching the bands and wedding events! You look down over the festivities from the end of the patio, but you are not in the mix like units closer to the event area. My wife loves to "attend" the weddings from the patio and see the happy couples and all their guests!
