About this property

Enjoy quiet luxury near downtown and MoTown Museum

Fully renovated, our home sleeps 6 guests across three queen size beds (& 2 twin size air beds if needed), features WiFi, an office for your work needs, a gorgeous bathroom with all the amenities, including heated floors, towel warmer, walk in shower with rainfall shower head and a wand. The kitchen has a gas stove, small appliances such as Keurig coffee maker, Instapot, air fryer, Breville toaster. The dining room is located off the kitchen and is a cozy place to eat meals in peace or with music, or switch it up and have a meal in the den, which overlooks the backyard.

The living room has a comfortable leather sectional for guests to hang out, watch TV, read a book or listen to music.

Please note all bedrooms and full sized bathroom are located on the second floor.

Please note, owners live across the street and we will welcome and greet you to hand off the keys. If there is anything you need, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set alarm to Armed Away when not home and make sure all doors and windows (if opened) are locked, gates are closed, garbage is placed in bags in the cans at the side of the house.
Leave keys on the dining room table.
1 hour late check-out available for $25.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking in designated area only. NO pets. NO parties/events. Minimum age to rent is 21. Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. $300 Sec deposit required
No overnight guests allowed, if they are not a part of the initial guest list. No hair dyeing and no clothes dyeing allowed under any circumstances.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.

Wonderful accommodation

Beautiful, spacious home, very clean, beautiful neighborhood and great location with easy access to everything. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens. Really nice touches throughout. Everything we needed to feel right at home. We cant wait to come back.

For starters, great communication by Evan! We don’t travel often and were a bit nervous but she put all our worries to rest. Responsive messaging and living across the street was a great start; and we even got indoor slippers that we got to keep! An older restored home with character including heated bathroom flooor and towel rack. Lots of amenities including towels, beddings and kitchen with many day to day appliances and silverware. Very clean and comfy! Stereo in dining room that we used while playing a few provided board games when the kids took a break from the Atari. Would definitely recommend and come back when in the Detroit area again! Thank you Evan!

Beautiful home

I am absolutely in love with this Home and the host. I had a an unfortunate death and needed to book last minute for out of town family. The host was so accommodating and making sure myself and my family were comfortable. The pictures doesn’t do show how warm and beautiful the home is. I’ll be back in the summer to do my husband birthday game night in that beautiful big yard

The Juliet is my home away from home when visiting Detroit. Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood with outstanding neighbors. I've stayed here many times and it's always my first choice when visiting Detroit. Extremely comfortable, immaculate, and spacious. The location is easy to get anywhere in Detroit. Neighborhood is Detroit's hidden gem. I can't say enough about the place and Evan and Stephen. Extremely helpful and very accommodating. I look forward to my next stay.
