Chic Retreat

Welcome to our inviting, family, and pet friendly 3-bedroom home in the heart of Byron, Georgia. Plenty of privacy, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. This home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A short drive to restaurants and shops, 20 minutes to RAFB, & 20 minutes to Downtown Macon. Whether you're here for a family vacation or business trip, our getaway promises a memorable stay.
The space
House includes:
-Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (Top bunk is a twin bed can sleep 1 with max weight of 330 lbs.; bottom bunk is a full bed can sleep up to 2 with max weight of 440 lbs.; Trundle below can sleep 1 with max weight of 330 lbs.).
*Sleeping arrangements comfortably sleeps up to 10 people; can accommodate up to 12 people for the stay, but you will need to bring an air mattress.
- Living room w/TV Streaming (WIFI provided; bring your own login). Couch is not a pull out with a bed but does extend to allow sleeping for about 2 people.
- 1 full bathroom in hallway with tub for bath or shower.
- 1 full bathroom attached to master room with deep tub and separate shower.
- 1 half bathroom downstairs.
- Private outdoor patio with privacy fence (2 chairs & table, grill, & fire pit).
- Dining space (seats 4 up to 6, 2 additional seats at kitchen counter).
- Kitchen, fully stocked. Keurig coffee pot provided with coffee pods & reusable pods to fill your own coffee if you prefer that.
- Laundry room: free to use washer & dryer (provided hypoallergenic detergent pods free of perfumes & clear of dyes).
- Free parking directly on property only in driveway (please refrain from street parking as it is not allowed).
- Professional cleaning between each guest stay.
-Outdoor security cameras on property: one located in the front overlooking parking and front yard; the second is in the back overlooking the backyard.

Space is accessible through keyless entry. Host will send out code and/or app access instructions for keypad prior to guest arrival.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels & put them in the laundry basket in the laundry room. Remove all of your trash inside & outside by pool. Ensure all dishes used during your stay are cleaned & put back in cabinets.
If anything is broken or missing please be sure to let me know. Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, & AC. Shut and lock any windows opened during your stay.
Trash bin is out back by porch where you exit, if it is full please put at the road for pickup. If you are staying on a Sunday evening please be sure to put the trash bin at the road for trash pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PET(S): $60 pet fee. No breed or weight restriction. No pets on furniture or pool, must clean up after pets, if not additional fees will be applied.
*Must notify host if bringing pet(s); not allowed in gated pool area. *NO PARTIES/EVENTS *ALL GUESTS MUST BE LISTED ON RESERVATION *NO FIREWORKS
*Quiet hours 11pm-7am *Trash pickup is every Monday morning. Please put trash bin at the road on Sunday, bring back in Monday evening.

Great place to stay, especially traveling with pets

Nice property, exactly as described in listing. Fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs traveling with us for a dog show at the Perry Fairgrounds. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with host was quick and responsive when needed. Thanks for a nice stay.

Birthday Getaway

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and the quietness of the neighborhood. My only problem was that I didn’t make the time to enjoy the fire pit!

PERRY DOG SHOW

Backyard for dogs was amazing! Clean property. We enjoyed cooking our own meals to save money from eating out. The stairs to rooms was torture though, having to carry crates upstairs. Overall it was great.

Xmas stay

we had to use our blow up mattress. No instructions on trash. put trash container out upon arrival do to every neighbor had theirs out. TV gets movies but unable to hook up players to watch our Xmas videos.

Very Nice Home

We evacuated to this lovely home because of Milton. The yard is so big. The dogs had plenty of room to run around. We also used the fire pit both nights. The weather was great! Probably could have used a sweater. The communication with Tatiana was great. The only thing was there was not enough dishes but that was fine, we had brought paper plates. Also there is no toaster we had a work around and used the oven. We all had a nice visit at a difficult time.
