Enjoy your vacation in this beautifully decorated beachfront three story, 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse! The sparkling blue waters and white sands of Crescent Beach is just steps away. The first floor has a full size living room with two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a Queen over Queen Bunk set; also a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower is outside between the two rooms. Walk up the stairs to a spacious kitchen, dining room and another living room with a TV. A half bath and washer/dryer is adjacent to the kitchen. The third floor offers a pool view master suite with a king bed, a full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. Step out the sliding doors of the other master suite to your own private balcony to view the fabulous stretch of beach along the Siesta coastline. This bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a shower. Comfortably sleeps 8 maximum guests. Wi-fi, phone and cable all included.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very spacious and comfortable. It is in an ideal location as we could walk out our door and be at the pool or beach. Would highly recommend this condo and the complex.

Fantastic Townhouse on the Beach

you couldn’t find a better location on Siesta Key. Near the bridge and within walking distance to restaurants. Plus a gorgeous view of the beach. This townhouse is well designed for a large family or group with plenty of space and bathrooms. Clean and well maintained. We loved it!

Everything we hoped for!

This property is beautiful, convenient, clean, and management is very attentive. Proximity to the beach and pool is unsurpassed and having a private beach with chairs and umbrellas was wonderful. We definitely hope to return in winter 2024. All ages were happy with the accommodations and having the premium suites in the 3rd floor and 2 bedroom with living room and full bath on first gave everyone their privacy and space while being able to all be together on the 2 nd floor when desired.

Terrific property, all that it was advertised to be. So much room for our group of eight!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a courteous and helpful front office staff. The accommodations were awesome. So much room and space. The views of the beach and gulf not to mention the pool literally at the bottoms of the steps was more than we could have imagined. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.
