Bear Lake offers a plethora of entertaining activities, such as swimming, boating, and jet skiing. Other fun outdoor activities include exploring the surrounding trails for hiking, mountain biking, and ATV adventures, as well as access to shared pickleball courts nearby. Visit the Bear Lake State Park for picnicking, fishing, and wildlife viewing, or take a scenic drive along the Bear Lake Scenic Byway for breathtaking views. Visiting in August? Make sure to experience the Bear Lake Raspberry Days festival!
A bright and modern open floor plan welcomes you the moment you step inside this charming retreat. Discover an inviting living area that is ideal for gathering and lounging after a day full of adventures. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV with varied streaming platforms (Netflix, Roku, YT, and Amazon Prime, among others). The open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances allows you to channel your inner chef and surprise everyone with delicious homemade meals. Outside, the home boasts a private covered patio with seating and a gas grill.
All bedrooms are located upstairs along with a laundry area featuring a washer/dryer. The main suite enjoys an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have smart TVs as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Weekend getaway
This property was delightful. It had everything we needed to sleep everyone comfortably. It was very clean. It was in a great location to walk down the street for dinner. We would definitely love to stay again.

Clean and Comfortable
Condo was very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and the bedding was cozy. The location was just 3 minutes from the marina. the condo was nicely decorated and well kept.

Convenient to everything, nice home
Conveniently located, adequately furnished, relatively new home. Not a lot of cooking utensils but who wants to cook anyway?! Slight lake view from upstairs windows. Attached garage convenient.

Wonderful!
We’re had an amazing time here! The location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The place was spotless. Beds were comfortable. We could tell that a lot of care had been put into choosing the furnishings and decorations. It was very comfortable and homey.

Great location
This condo was in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and well kept. Downside is that our suv was too tall to fit in the garage. Also, the thermostat is preprogrammed to certain temperatures at different times in the day so it got up to 78 degrees upstairs during night and in the afternoon. This made sleeping a bit too warm and uncomfortable. Even if you manually adjust the temp on the thermostat it will override it and go back to the higher temp.
The property manager was great and texted back immediately with any questions we had.

However, we are truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with the garage height and the thermostat settings. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find that your SUV was too tall to fit in the garage and how uncomfortable it was to sleep with the thermostat preprogrammed to higher temperatures during the night and afternoon.
