Living room with double sofa bed + balcony to the street (dining table for 6 and old TV), kitchen full of cabinets, equipped with utensils and crockery, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, juice squeezer, blender + table for 2 . Barbecue on the mezzanine.

Conforto e localização

Apartamento muito confortável e muito bem localizado! Alguns metros da praia, exige uma caminhada de 3 4 minutos no máximo. Bastante espaçoso e arejado, apesar da simplicidade, atende todas as necessidades de forma bastante satisfatória! Sua localização também permite o deslocamento para outras praias de forma bem fácil, na esquina tem algumas pizzarias, no quarteirão de trás posto de gasolina, além de padaria. Sugestão: ventilador na sala, apesar da sala ser bem arejada e fresquinha devido à sacada ser espaçosa. Com toda certeza voltaremos e indicamos ! Ah, a proprietária além de facilitadora é bastante prestativa e simpática !
