3 bedroom, 2 bath home with full kitchen and large yard! This home is within walking distance of Lee Twp Park which has a spray park, play structure, and baseball diamond. The house is 20-30 minutes from Mt Pleasant and/or Midland, close to Chippewa and Pine River for kayaking or tubing, not far from Dow Gardens or the Tridge, and less than 20 minutes from the Chippewa Nature Center. Buck's Run Golf Course is only 12 miles away and Soaring Eagle Casino is 15.5 miles. walking distance to twp Park and splash pad.

Easy access to Midland or Mt Pleasant

This property is locate between Midland and Mt Pleasent. It is quiet and the inside feels very new as the pictures indicated.

Very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is within 15 to 20 minutes away. The home is very clean and if you like squirrels deer and rabbit bring peanuts with you and enjoy the back yard wildlife. The beds are comfortable nice and fluffy cozy. Love the recliners it made it feel like home.
