San Telmo Beauty, Parrilla and Pizza oven, minutes from Puerto Madero.
In the heart of San Telmo, 2 blocks from La Brigada and Desnivel, many microbreweries and restaurants within walking distance. A short walk to Puerto Madero and two blocks from San Telmo market, a large indoor market with stalls selling food, antiques, crafts, records, and toys, making for an eclectic mix. The Coffee Town stall is known for having some of the best coffee in the city. Less than a block away from La Feria de San Telmo, an outside fair with 270 stalls with artisans, antiques and food vendors. Near downtown Buenos Aires and the Theatre District as well as Avenida Florida, a popular pedestrian only shopping street. The house has a large patio with an Argentine Parrilla and an Italian Pizza oven. The downstairs has 4 bedrooms and three baths, living/dining room and kitchen. The 5th room is upstairs and has a living room area, and a bathroom with a walk in closet. Just outside is a great deck to hang out and look at the stars while savoring a glass of local Malbec.
