El secreto mejor guardado es que justo entre ellos se encuentra La Isla, una exquisita colina rodeada no de agua, sino de parques y grandes escalinatas que alivian el tráfico. Nuestro edificio se encuentra en la misma cuadra que el Ministerio de Seguridad de Argentina. La moderna estación de metro Las Heras, a solo una cuadra del apartamento, le brinda acceso a una red de transporte que lo lleva a casi cualquier lugar de Buenos Aires.

El apartamento tiene 140 metros cuadrados, para no fumadores, con capacidad para hasta cinco personas, con una amplia sala de estar-comedor, estudio, tres dormitorios, tres baños e internet inalámbrico.

The location of the apartment is great, in the wonderfully green neighborhood of Recoleta. The apartment is spacious, sunlit and has all the amenities we needed for a week-long stay for a family of 3. Maria was easy to communicate with, thorough and flexible with our needs, she made check-in an check-out a breeze! We would happily stay here again!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment

The apartment is in a great residential location in Recoleta and was perfect for our family- spacious, well appointed, quiet, and very clean. The apartment is close to so many restaurants, shops, and parks. Definitely would return on our next trip to Buenos Aires!

First trip to Buenos Aires

This apartment is very spacious,comfortable, and light filled. The building is located on a quietish area of Recoleta and is very secure. We had 3 adults staying and the convenience of the apartment and ease of use was superb.

Stylish extremely comfortable apartment in the best part of town

A delightful stay in a very stylish apartment with all facilities for a great time in one of the most exciting, lively and glamorous cities in the world. The apartment had everything one could require, was very secure with a doorman, centrally placed in a very chic neighbourhood minutes from shops, restaurants and some of the most famous sights in Buenos Aires.

There isn't enough positive adjectives to describe how beatiful, comfortable and enjoyable staying at this property has been for me and my family. So much so, that I went out my way to write this review.Not only the ease of the process to check-in and the amenities, but the overall hospitality and service surrounding the entire experience. Mrs. María was always immediately available for us in everyone of our needs and with so much kindness. Quite frankly I couldn't ask for a more beautiful and peaceful stay. Not to mention the location. Everything around it is just gorgeous. Staying at this place is a guaranty that you will have a good time and you will be taken care of.Highly recommend.

Exquisite Warm Home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is bright and in immaculate condition, affording all the comfort and luxury that a home could offer. The building is located on a quaint cobblestone street with a ton of restaurant and tasty shops nearby in the heart of Recoleta. It truly made our vacation that much more enjoyable for some of the more quiet days when you just wanted to sit at home with a cafe on the balcony overlooking the city.

A lovely stay in Buenos Aires

Great location, lovely apartment. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this apartment. Longer stays might require laundering and the washer is not what you might expect if you’re from the US. However, all the other positives made up for this short coming. If I had it to do over, I’d have laundry service.

Dear Julia, thank you for your five star review! Indeed, people have large appliances, especially if they don't live in a small apartment in an urban center like New York City. Our washer/dryer is the standard size appliance that you can get in Argentina. As you point out, there are laundry services just one block from the apartment. Given the extremely convenient rate one can get exchanging foreign currency for pesos, I would not hesitate on using comercial laundries. We'd love to host you again. Good luck!

Beautiful apartment, great experience

We had a great experience staying at this apartment. The master bedroom and second bedroom with two beds were large and really comfortable. The third bedroom is small and more out of the way but has an attached bathroom. Check in and check out were great experiences. There is a place to exchange money by the cemetery and lots of places to eat and buy groceries close by. The street felt safe at night. The wifi did not reach the second and third bedrooms easily but was strong in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.

great apt in ideal Recoleta location

The apartment is very spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults. The mechanical window blinds were nice in order to keep the heat out during the day. It's located a short walk to many popular sites, one of the hop on / off bus stops, many restaurants, shops, the every weekend art / crafts festival, etc. Maria was a wonderful hostess who was very responsive to requests / inquiries, and provided a thorough tour of the apartment upon arrival. My group only used the fridge for the 3+ days we were there, so can't speak to it other than to say it is well equipped with whatever you would need. Would definitely stay there on a return trip!

Perfect location; well kept; helpful owner

We went to BA to pick up our daughter who was finishing a semester abroad at the University of Palermo. As long time VRBO users, we spent days looking for the best value - and think we found it! This apartment is perfectly situated on a nice side street very close to the Cemetery, the weekend markets, restaurants, and the main streets to catch buses, cabs, etc. The apartment itself was perfect for 5 people - doable with a 6th for a few nights. Carlos (the owner) was very responsive and Maria (his local manager) equally as so. From check in, to mid week touching base, cleaning, and check out - this was a great value in the perfect location and we would stay again. Thank you!

The perfect location -- Recoleta's best kept secret

After three weeks of rather arduous travel in Chile and Argentina’s Patagonia region, this apartment was the perfect respite for four adults. It is just as the owner described and enough space for four to each find a private corner for reading or catching up on emails. We prepared dinner in the apartment several nights during our week long stay and found the kitchen to be well equipped and several mercados nearby from which to select fresh food. Buenos Aires is a vibrant city with traffic congestion and considerable street noise. The apartment is on a quiet secure street and only a block away are ATMs and ample taxi service. An excellent choice and we will book it when we return to BuenosAires, one week is not enough to experience this wonderful city. We would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Situation idéale

Très bien situé. À deux pas du cimetière de la Recoleta. Plusieurs épiceries, boucheries, poisonneries, etc tout près. Le métro et les autobus sont directement au coin de la rue. Lit king très confortable.

Great area - would book this one again

The apartment is very spacious, with a large living room, and a desk with ergonomic chair (I used daily to edit photos on my laptop). All the furniture was clean and comfortable. Great area – quiet, close to parks, the famous cemetery, and shops. The major supermarket Carrefour is a 15 minute walk on Vicente Lopez while the “express” version is 5 minutes away. Also on Vicente Lopez is a large indoor shopping mall, and the amazing leather shop Uru. Other pros: - A/C in living room and master bedroom work well - Beds were very comfortable - Never heard neighbors – quiet nights Cons: - Only one bedroom has A/C, so in the BA summer season, bedrooms 2&3 can be too hot - Minimal amounts of some supplies on hand – we were there for about 10 days and ran out of napkins on maybe the third day - Access to bedroom #3 is through the kitchen and was once a maid’s quarters. It’s somewhat separate from the rest of the living space. It wouldn’t be suitable for small children – although a preteen/ teen would probably enjoy their own space. Would we stay there again? I think we would – but not during their summer season. Some days were very hot and humid. Having experienced a wide range of accommodations, when using VRBO, we have found that seldom is everything perfect. But this apartment has a lot going for it.

Great Property near La Recoleta

This is a great property with 3 bedroons and 3 baths. Very confortable for a family of 5. Building has some yesrs but the apartment has been maintained and is very clean. It has all appliances needed to cook and do laundry. Property manager was very responsive and helped with check-in and check-out. Mery also helped providing great advise for trabsportation, restaurants and other.

Gorgeous apartment in an amazing neighborhood

My husband and 10 year old daughter and I stayed at this property in early March. We had a wonderful experience. The building itself is very clean and safe, and the elevator door opens directly to the apartment so there is very little shared space for those with COVID concerns. The apartment is gorgeous. The owner has impeccable taste and it includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. It is in a quiet street that nevertheless is within one block of everything you could need- a subway line, parks, shopping, great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. A car is not needed but for those who are driving, free parking is pretty easily accessible on nearby side streets and garages are plentiful. We had a fabulous stay in Buenos Aires thanks to the comfort and convenience of this property!

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location! Owners and property manager were fantastic.

We stayed for one week and used this apartment as a base to explore all of Buenos Aires. All the comforts: WiFi, tv, washing machine, AC, full kitchen. Subway is across the street. Walking distance to key sights, great restaurants, and shops. Carlos and Alex were attentive and very organized, and Maria (property manager) was thorough and patient in explaining everything to us. Three bedrooms and three baths (one is smaller and “maid’s room”) allowed us to spread out and feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!

I was thinking about making a real estate investment, but was undecided. When I saw this apartment, I fell in love with it. It is extremely spacious, has a wonderful balcony on a very quiet cobble street, it is so centrally located yet in an exclusive area of the city... I just couldn't let the opportunity escape.
