The exterior landscape and surrounding areas are currently being renovated. The deck is half built so there are major renovations going on outside but there will be no contractors there during your stay.

Beautiful setting

Beautiful setting in a wooded lot feels private like you are far away from hustle and bustle but it is convenient near stores and restaurants. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and all new appliances. House has many “ smart” lighting features. Floor was gritty but hard to avoid with plank floors. Maybe a few throw rugs would help. We rented the whole house and each bedroom had its own lock, so we had access to one bedroom. This was OK but the king mattress sagged in the middle and I was interested in sleeping the second night in a different bedroom. Inquiry to the property manger was answered promptly and we were informed that we could use the second bedroom but it would require an additional $75 cleaning fee so we declined and stayed in the current bedroom. It is nice to have a lower initial cleaning fee if the entire house is not benign used, but we had not encountered this before. Overall it was a very nice stay, we had breakfast on the deck, listening to the birds
