Beautiful, classic Haussmannian 4‑room apartment (approx. 82 m²) on rue Cambacérès in the elegant and central Élysée district of the 8th arrondissement, just a short walk from Miromesnil metro. Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the apartment is bright and sunny with open views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony looking over Parisian rooftops.

It offers a spacious living room with sofa bed, a beautiful dining room, two bedrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet with window. The apartment is decorated with original artwork by French artists, and in summer you can enjoy a small balcony overlooking the street with a table and two chairs.

The flat comfortably hosts up to 5 people and has all modern comforts: unlimited Wi‑Fi, TV, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, household linen, sheets and towels, drying rack, iron and ironing board, heating, vacuum cleaner and two Dyson fans (no air‑conditioning). Longer stays are preferred and the apartment can be rented under the French bail de mobilité (1–10 months) for eligible tenants (students, trainees, professionals on temporary assignment, etc.). No smoking; a small pet may be considered on request.

1st bedroom queen: 160 cm x 200 cm queen bed
2nd bedroom twin: Two single twin beds 80 cm x 200 cm that you can join together to form a double bed
There is a convertible couch/sofa bed in the living room.

It further offers unlimited WiFi internet access, television, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, household linen, sheets and towels, drying rack, iron, ironing board, heating, two fans, vacuum cleaner.

Please note that there is no air-conditioning, but we have two Dyson fans available for use.

Availability and rates - One to 10 months stays under the French bail de mobilite (mobility lease) requirements.
