Just 15 minutes from the Mall of America and nearby attractions, it’s the perfect spot for a short getaway or an extended stay. We’re excited to welcome you!

The Space:
Fully renovated space with all brand appliances, new furniture, new bed & mattress, and kitchen supplies. Luxury vinyl plank floors, granite counter tops, new windows and oversized trim. This clean private space is sure to impress!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to a single stall completely private attached garage.

The Neighborhood:
Awesome central location and nice neighborhood to walk.

Getting Around:
Driving, Uber, Lyft, cab, bus.

Other Things to Note:
The house is attached to another private unit, all amenities and spaces are completely private and separate. The only potential contact with another guest is the shared driveway.

The space worked well for me. It was remolded nicely and very clean with updated finishes. Not big, but I didn't need size. The bed was comfortable with clean linens as well. And the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/pans, etc. One other observation to be aware of...the space is essentially in a basement. It's a totally separate space, but you will hear people above you walking around, tv, dog, etc. I don't think there is a way around this. If you are sensitive to this, it's something to be aware of.
