Great beach week!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for 7 nights and loved it.Having stayed in this same unit before, we knew it would be great. Four Star is wonderful to work with. We come down each September and try to use them exclusively. I would highly recommend the condo and the unit.

The condo was spacious enough for my grown kids and my 4 small grandkids. The balcony over looking the beach was wonderful. It needed a few minor upgrades to door to balcony and master bath shower. These minor issues did not impede on our time at the beach or our vacation. The host was always available and easy to work with. We are discussing renting again next year.

Probably one of the BEST communication process EVER. Very prompt with anything I needed. Condo was very clean. Elevators with quick and the location was perfect. Pools were very nice and beach access was very easy. I honestly don't think I have any complaints. This was a bigger condo then we would normally rent because we had more people traveling with us, but I would stay here over and over again.

The condo needed some repairs. We couldn’t even use the main back sliding door. We had to use the doors from the rooms to access the balcony. The location and views were great! They did communicate very well with us. We do recommend getting the extra towels if staying for a week. The pools were great and well maintained! It had quick access to the beach, and we loved that the condo had a gate entrance for parking and a gate access for the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Host was great. Informed us of construction and elevator outage before we got there (others staying with different hosts were not informed). Location was great, view was beautiful. Place was just as advertised

The pool was closed the whole time , the beach access was closed the whole time !!The rooms were good .The noise from the construction was totally unacceptable .The smell in the unused elevator was over whelming in the lobby .Our elevator broke down with a 3 yr old 4yr old 5yr old and 7 yr old had to walk 12 flights of stairs .guess how that went over after 2 floors ?The beach area was nice once we got to it .

We are sorry to hear that you experienced these issues with the resort. I am showing that our office reached out to you prior to your arrival to let you know there was resort construction going on with an offer to move your stay to another condo. You did opt to stay in this condo after this information was given to you. Unfortunately, we only manage the condo that you stayed in and have no control over the resort's closures or elevator breakdowns. We do our best to let guests know of any items that may affect their stay, but we are an off-sight management company and depend on the resort passing along the correct information. We wish you luck in the future.

Amazing view, service resolution is not great

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with an amazing view, but unfortunately the service and cleanliness issues significantly impacted our stay.Upon our late arrival, I contacted the service representative regarding two concerns:Missing parking pass – I had paid for extra parking tags, but only one was provided. The representative insisted that two tags had been left by the cleaning crew and shared a video as proof. However, the tag shown in the video appeared blurred and a different color than the one we received. I was told I would be charged for a replacement pass, which was frustrating. The interaction implied that I was being dishonest in requesting an additional pass, which was disappointing. If there had been any doubt, the property could have been inspected to verify the situation.Cockroach infestation – We reported seeing cockroaches immediately after entering the unit. Unfortunately, we were told that nothing could be done because it was the weekend. During our stay, my husband killed four cockroaches on the first day and an additional one to three each day afterward. As a result, everyone was constantly on edge, worried that another cockroach would appear at any moment. It made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the property.While the location and views were excellent, the poor customer service and ongoing pest issues overshadowed what could have been a great experience

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, pest control companies and HOA's that handle pest control are not available on the weekends. What you experienced are palmetto bugs, which are outside bugs that come inside when doors are left open. Secondly, all of the parking passes for 2026 are orange. There were 2 parking passes that were present in the video taken an hour and 15 minutes prior to your arrival. Our cleaners have been cleaning the same property for years and have no reason to leave a fake parking pass. In this business we sadly deal with a lot of people that will say anything to get something extra that they didn't pay for, including parking passes. I am happy to report that our office delivered a new parking pass to you the morning after you reported not receiving it free of charge. We wish you luck in the future.
