Ultimate relaxation

Very open concept with loads of amenities. The view from the balcony was spectacular as we were eye level with the beach bald eagle daily flight up the coast. Also meals on the balcony were nice.

Great getaway spot!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Easy to find and close to everything and clean. There was more than enough space for our 8 guests. The location made it easy for us to walk where we needed to go. The beach access was perfect. We plan to be back again!

Wonderful Property

The property was beautiful with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Condo had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the condo wasn’t very well clean upon arrival but overall a great place. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again!!

Awesome stay

Everything was just as listed, wonderful fantastic views, kitcken was stocked with enough items and master bedroom was spacious. We just loved our entire stay. Only thing we found wrong was a roach in the pantry but we didn't see anymore afterwards. I have to say again that the views were fantastic and would definitely rent again if we're ever in Panama City Beach!!!

It was amazing!

We had the best time. The place had an amazing view and it was very close to everything. The only issue we had was in the guest room with the queen the shower was stopped up but other than that it was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Great beach condo!

This was a beautiful beach condo with a view! Clean and spacious. I really liked having 3 full bathrooms. The only downside was no beach towels!

Beautiful View

Room was clean & stocked. Somethings need replacing & or updating but a very nice room over all. The view was breath taking. Pretty quiet being on the end unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

The views in this condo are amazing! We were very pleased with the updated paint/decor in the bunk room and the updated tv's throughout. That was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and everything was absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about the view from this corner unit. Would definitely stay again.

brilliant gulf facing unit

The property was near perfect with corner unit and with all you needed in the unit available. Test cable , and entertainment might need a upgrade as with cassette and CD felt limited on that..but otherwise all good.

Great Condo

Great place to stay. Everything was as expected. Go through VACASA though the other company will NOT allow even an hour early check in. Very frustrating. One of the pools was under construction. But the condo was awesome!!!

Everything was great, except the floors had not been cleaned. Feet were black just from walking in the condo. Location is great, access to beach was good. Wasn’t crazy about having to get on the elevator to get from the beach to the pool but I understand why so it’s definitely ok! Love our family time there!

Amazing view, close to everything.

The condo is a perfect size for a large group and well furnished. There are T.V.'s in every room to give us time away from each other if needed, plus bathrooms for everyone. We also were within walking distance to piers, shopping and many restaurants. On my wish list would be beach towels. We flew in from out of state but rental rules specifically state you cannot take the towels to the beach..... why else would I get a condo on the beach if not to go to the beach? You should be prepared to bring or buy towels unless you're willing to break the rules and risk extra fees. Aesthetically, the walls needed paint and the corners of the curtains were hanging off the curtain rods when we arrived but they opened and closed for an amazing view of the ocean and kept the sun out for sleeping in late. Overall, I would rent this unit again for the easy beach access, wonderful pools and close proximity to everything you could need.

Too crowded

The room was not what I expected, the Master bedroom tv is very very old and didn’t work it had static, the living room tv didn’t work but they came and got it working, Curtains are broken and hard to open and close , the room appliances were dirty, they came back and cleaned a little, no sheets on beds and they had to bring extra and extra blankets we had none. The elevators were broken the entire time and it took 30 minutes to wait on them which was the worst ever !!!! Beach was overcrowded The view from the balcony is the best past about this room . It’s needs some serious updating!

Spring Break 2021

Wonderful location. Walking distance to a few restaurants. We loved Hang Five for lunch and Sharkys was great for dinner and live music. It’s just over a mile to walk to Pier Park. The heated pool was great for the kids and a pretty large size too. The beach was wonderful and the view awesome! The things we didn’t like much about the condo were that the walls looked bad. They need painted and not flat paint. The televisions were outdated and the living room one would have a line across it most of the time. (It is March madness and we tried watching some of the games in the evening.) The furniture in the master bedroom where we were was not very useful. Weird drawers that you really couldn’t put much of anything in. And no clocks in the bedrooms which is a personal preference. Overall, we were there to vacation and enjoy the sun and beach and this condo was a great place to do that.

A little shocking

Leaking faucets did damage to the floor below and without any notification 2 men showed up announced in the morning saying they needed to do repairs. At this point I have no idea about the damage below us since it wasn’t affecting us. So being all females, mostly teens, you can imagine I wasn’t about to let in strange men. Especially without knowing anything about it. Told them I’d call management and get back. I did confirm it but they left once I returned. Was extremely upset about this! Then the ice maker was malfunctioning so everytime we opened the freezer, ice would go everywhere. Then the tub drain in front bathroom, wouldn’t stay open to drain and the sink faucet was super leaky. The balcony doors locked and it was a puzzle to figure out how to open if you ever got it at all. While attempting to turn the fan that was turned off from the pull chain, the whole glass fixture came off, hit me in the head and broke in a million pieces on the floor. Other than that, it was well stocked with utensils, and cookware. Was clean and nice.

A few days on floor 24

Started out with a bit of a hiccup. (Totally on our part - car toppers will not fit in the carport) We never had any trouble with the elevator wait. The view from the balcony was perfect. We were excited to see the jet ski races on Saturday but so ready for them to be over on Sunday (very loud!) The balcony furniture was a bit precarious. A few pieces I put way in the corner so nobody would use it as they looked about ready to fall apart. The space on the balcony and the extra lighting provided by having a corner room was fantastic! Some of the knives were rusty and none of them were sharp. Several burnt or rusty pans. The non-stick skillets are close to peeling and have seen better days. We found enough to work with and made it work. The distance to shell island was perfect and a day trip we really enjoyed. We took the ferry over and rented snorkeling gear. 11 sand dollars, shells galore, crabs, sea slugs, barnacles, anemones, dolphins, & (yes, a couple sharks). The beach was beautiful. The sand, perfect. We were so thankful to those who had left their beach toys and 2 body boards behind! The boardwalk area had several hoses to rinse off yourself, shoes, toys, etc. very helpful for limiting the amount of sand that gets tracked into the condo. The boardwalk is also where the grills are. Plan early if you are grilling. They are popular and you may have to wait for a turn or share space with other people. (Just take a couple beers down with you- some to share with the other cooks is always fun too!) Really, we would rent here again. It was as advertised and the space was perfect for us. Us in one room, in-laws in another, and our 4 kids maxed out the double bunk bed and trundle. Everyone slept well and had a wonderful time!
