LOCATION and Belmont park. It holds up to 10 people. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Maintenance staff available anytime. Clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. You can walk back and forth to the beach for anything you need. It's that close to the beach!
There is a photo of the front of the house lit up at Christmas time. It is the upstairs unit which includes the two car garage. It takes up the second floor and third floor.

Steps from the beach and the park. We have a family with a bunch of teens. There was plenty of space, beds for everyone. Looking forward to coming back again.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were moved to bottom unit. It was nice to have access to patio. Parking is tricky on side so I recommend a smaller vehicle, you park on side next to garage. The location though is absolutely perfect..steps to beach. Gorgeous views and close to Belmont Park so if you have young kids its great. We walked the beach early to collect shells n found some beautiful ones.

The location is perfect for families big bunk bed in downstairs room 4 more beds upstairs 1 building from the beach and just a few min walk to Belmont park. You can hear the waves from the patios. Peak a boo view of ocean from upstairs patio Best shower pressure and hot water !!Couch /curtains need good cleaning but overall lots of space and nice patio to hang out

Last Minute Beachy Good Time!

We had reservations elsewhere at a local hotel and jumped on this property when it popped up available for a last minute stay. Steps from the Mission Beach boardwalk, and Belmont Park not much farther, the location was excellent. The place was perfect for our group, and management was very attentive. It was a clean home, with everything we needed for an extended weekend stay, and walking distance to food and fun of all types. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrendous of a stay

We only booked one night at this place so thankful we didn’t book the entire weekend. From the get go it was a mess- wrong code to get the key from the lock box so we had to wait for the owners son to let us in(owners son and his friends stayed in the upstairs unit), lower unit was over all decently clean, location was nice, parking was limited. The biggest issue was the owners son and his friends being in the upstairs unit above us so we could hear everything. From 9pm to 2am in the morning it sounded like they were remodeling the upstairs unit. No one in our group could sleep and we all wanted to leave but we’re exhausted from a long day at the beach. We woke up early to get out but had to wait for the owners son to move their car blocking in one of our cars so we could leave. Overall it was an absolutely horrendous stay at this rental! Called VEBO to file a complaint- they don’t care and the owner hasn’t returned my call.

Location was great. Zero communication from host. Never received check in code so just showed up at check in time anyway. The house was completely gross from previous guests. The host was very intoxicated from the moment we arrived and was trying to wash the beds but we just ended finishing and rewashing. She stated that she would send the cleaning lady the next day and never did so I cleaned the house myself Other than being extremely dirty and terrible communication the location was the only saving grace. Stay in this area but not with this host. A day and a half of our vacation was wasted from cleaning. Very unprofessional
