Close to Chateaugay Lake Boat Launch, Private and great for bird watching with serene views. Brook nearby, located on Panther Mountain. Many trees and a babbling brook on property. One bedroom, living room has pull out couch. Woodstove in living room, propane heater in bedroom. Full kitchen, dining room, outside deck, BBQ grill, and fire pit. Bring your canoe or kayak!
