Another excellent stay with Blake and his beautiful Love Tree Cottage! He has thought about all of the little details and it definitely shows! Our second time staying in one of his places and will definitely be back!

This property is fantastic! Blake is easy to communicate with. The house could not be more clean, cute, and in a more perfect location. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 teens. Plenty to space to spread out. Safe neighborhood to walk at night. We would definitely return!

Everything about this property was perfect! We loved the decor, the design and the layout of the home - it was so clean, comfortable and cozy. The location allowed us to walk everywhere (old town St. Augustine, restaurants, etc). The neighborhood was very quiet and the front porch was a great place to enjoy coffee. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again since we come through this area a lot. Blake, the host, was very responsive.

No complaints whatsoever. The home was spotless. We loved the BIG TV's in the LR and BR. We enjoyed the front porch for our morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We loved the Old Time Trolley Tour--hop on and off all day--HIGHLY recommended! It told SO much interesting history about the St. Augustine area, including the immediate area the rental home is in. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also, the host Blake was great!

Charming, clean and so convenient to all of Old Town. A great house with everything we needed, so nice to have dedicated parking. Blake has everything organized and labeled making the stay in a house that we were not familiar with easy. Thank you and looking forward to our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Very clean, updated and close to everything. Loved that there was parking. Owner was responsive and in a quick, timely manner. Should we return, we would definitely stay here again.

Blake was a great host! I want to commend Blake for how well every switch and cabinet was labeled. Never have seen that before. Cottage was clean and ac worked great. The appearance was just like the listing. Definitely would stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

I’ll give this property and host a 5 out of 5 star rating, if it had a front porch swing it would be a 6 out of 5 star rating. Walkable, close to everything, mellow mushroom pizza was GREAT

This is an excellent cottage—a home-away-from-home. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, safe with all necessary amnesties. Easy walk to downtown. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Owner, Blake, is very responsive & helpful. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!
