We have stayed in a dozen or so condos in this complex. This condo is clean but sparse. Minimal kitchen supplies are provided. For example how are you supposed to remove hot pans from the oven with no oven mitt? A single kitchen towel is provided. One. There are no coasters, no area rugs no extra blankets for the beds. Nothing that makes the condo remotely welcoming or comfortable. And the thermostat is set by the owners to go no lower than 70 degrees. Three remotes for the TV but no directions on how to use them. There are broken blinds and the sheets on the beds are not made to fit, just flat sheets laid over the mattresses. No luggage racks no chairs to place your luggage or sit in to put on your shoes. Simple things like that. And though there is a pool table the room is too small to actually play pool. We were overall disappointed with our stay.

Perfect for our holiday getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean the condo was. The pool table was a hit!!! The amenities were very nice and the hot tub was perfect after a day at the parks. We were close to everything l, felt super safe and very comfortable. Totally recommend!

Nice place to stay. Clean. Not too far from Disney.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and clean. There were some noticeable wear and tear around the place but it was still a very nice place to stay. We loved Disney World and did not get to spend a lot of time at the condo, but the kids loved both Disney and the condo, especially the pool table.

Sadly Not A Great Place

This is a spacious and in a good location. Furniture, (except living room & beds) was badly scratched, glass table tops major chip was repaired with clear tape that was peeling off. Nothing matched..including bedside tables, etc. - looked like they were sourced from beside a road or in an alley. Kitchen tap was horribly loose, could not be tightened. Pots & pans were badly scratched (non stick coating) with rounded bottoms..difficult to cook with. Stove was ancient, and symbols on knobs worn off. Fridge kept freezing food despite turning down temp., couldn’t get water & ice dispenser to work. Patio table missing many tiles. No potholders or trivets, only one tiny t-towel, 1 worn out dish cloth, cutting board badly scratched & scarred..unsafe to use, No vacuum..rug in living room dirty. Very poor knives. Would not recommend!

Great location / Community

This is our second time staying at this resort. We do an annual business retreat / plan meeting and we need space to sit around and talk / work. The condos here are big and work great for us. This condo was larger than last year and was much better suited to us. It had a single story layout (the last condo was 3 stories even though it was fewer square feet), had a great living room and (as a bonus) had one room with a pool table in it. The pool table room was a little cramped but was a fun addition. Someone from the property texted me the day before arrival to give instructions and ask what time we would like to check in. This was a nice touch and (even though we did not have an issue), I felt like I had someone I could get with if I had any questions. It was appreciated. The only negative would be the carpet is past its replace date. There are areas it is frayed away and is obviously old BUT, that was NOT a major issue and did not affect our trip. One note is this condo had more remote controls than ANY place I have ever been to. I mean SERIOUSLY I think there were 4 or 5 in the living room and about the same in other bedrooms. We did not use the cable as we had out Apple TV but I suspect it would have been a challenge. There was one small remote in the master and we never could find anything it worked (it almost became a game to see if we could find what it controlled, we failed)! The only negative to all the remotes is if someone is not "tech savvy" they may have problems. The internet was easy to connect to and had a good speed even with us having multiple devices connected and streaming on the Apple TV. I would definitely consider this condo on our next trip down.

Convenient location

Ideal location for Universal or Disney parks. Close to the grocery store, easy to get to. Bring your own coffee and filters, tissues, extra toilet paper and laundry soap if you plan on staying for more than a few days and doing laundry. Nice place, comfortable beds. Very large master bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool. Nice walking path around the lake. Adequate gym for our workouts. We would stay here again.

Great place

This condo was great- spacious, clean and close to the main pool. There were a few items that were broken/worn out when we arrived, but nothing that affected our stay. The pool table is a fun plus. Only big recommendation is that if you are cooking, you might need to bring some of the non-basics you may need… there were no hot pads, measuring cups/spoons or broiler pan. The basics are there. Would definitely recommend this condo to others!

Great resort, different unit

The resort is fantastic. Great location, clean and fun staff. The unit was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I did have to call the property manager for some issues which were attended to very quickly. Overall the unit we stayed in is worn and needs some love. The carpet is worn exposing nails which hurts to step on, there is mold in the master bath. Something funky is happening under the tiles in the master bathroom, water is seeping through the grout as you walk over them. The dryer vent was also broken. I recommend the resort just not this specific unit.

Quick family getaway

This was a much needed trip for my family and I. Check in was super easy. The property was very clean. Upon arrival we noticed the patio door was left open, likely my the cleaning people but there were no other problems. The carpet was badly frayed and needs to be replaced. It was was otherwise a very nice property with plenty of space! Very spacious unit!
