• Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).

• Please leave prior to check out time. Our cleaning team plans their schedule to allow time to have everything ready for the next guest, so there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past check-out time.

This house was perfect for our two night stay in Raleigh. Great covered front porch and fenced years for the dog. We enjoyed some great restaurants nearby as well as the park!

The home is lovely, a very nice size and had everything we needed. The location is great, very convenient to groceries, shopping, restaurants, and parks. My family and I frequently took the 3 min walk to Isabella Cannon park for some play time. My only wishes were that the front porch had been cleaned off of dirt and pollen prior to our arrival and that the washing machine had been cleaned. I wanted to do laundry, but found that the washer had a lot of mold/mildew and buildup. Both of these issues are understandable, and can certainly be remedied. The issue with the washer can so easily happen to front loader washers, especially if the door can’t be left open, so I absolutely understand the problem developed. I bought and used some washing machine cleaner, but I would suggest the owner or property manager address this so the next visitors don’t have a similar issue. Overall, though, the home was great, my family loved it, and it met our needs. Thank you for a great stay!

What a wonderful home! We enjoyed the location, rooms, and little touches that this house provides. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and the smart TVs provided great entertainment.

Quiet Dog Friendly House in Raleigh

The neighborhood is quiet. There is a fenced in yard for our dog and a nice porch out front with a gate so our dog could be there with us. It looks recently renovated and is very clean.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay! Communication was top notch. Check in was simple. The home is spotless and very comfortable. Nice furniture, beds, and kitchen table/chairs. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with about a 15 minute walk to both the NCSU campus and Village shopping area. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area because it’s perfect!

Quiet and comfortable! Loved the gated front covered porch, perfect for the warmer days and our dogs could enjoy too. Fenced backyard great too. Literally right next to a beautiful rose garden park and amphitheater. Great walking path. Stores and restaurants a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.
