- Violations of house rules may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund, strictly enforced by County sheriffs.

Guest Access:
Guests can access every part of this spacious house, game room, fully landscaped vineyard themed backyard. Spacious driveways for parkings. Lots of spaces for adults and kids, for your relaxation and entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
7 minutes to Disneyland, 15 minutes to Knott's Berry Farm, 30 minutes to Universal Studio, 25 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping and convenient stores nearby.

No street parking all the time and you will be responsible for parking tickets for any street parking violation. The street sweeping time is Thursday afternoon.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to some local stores and restaurants. Uber ride is recommended to go to theme parks.

- **Quiet Hours Enforcement**:
- Quiet Hours enforced by County of Orange from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., ensuring peace and tranquility for all guests.

- **Guest Check-In Requirements**:
- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes.

- **No Smoking Policy**:
- Smoking, including tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the home and game room at all times.

- **Accommodation Details**:
- Maximum occupancy is 18 guests, with infants under 2 not counted towards the headcount.
- Initial daily rate covers accommodation for 12 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night.
- No additional visitors allowed without host approval.
- Minimum booking age is 21 years old, with a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.
- Reservation requests leaving a 2-night gap in the calendar may be declined.

- **Liability Disclaimer**:
- The managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests.
- By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or inviting others to use the premises.

- **Security Measures:**
-We received notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behaviors and allowing unregistered guests into our properties. The cameras are on front yard, back yard and side yard. We have access to recorded footage at all the time.

- **Commercial Activities Prohibition**:
- No commercial activities and/or vehicles allowed on the property, maintaining a residential atmosphere for all guests.
