Welcome to HillBelt CityView

Our home is freshly remodeled and has an open living concept. It is on the lower level of the house with a private entrance in the backyard. Larger windows in bedrooms provide abundant natural light. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee & tea, stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops. Cozy and comfortable living room with Smart TV. Gorgeous views of downtown Seattle and a safe neighborhood. Huge backyard green view and private patio. Minutes to freeways, Downtown, and Airport.
Recreation-wise there are several golf courses, boxing clubs, Highland Park, a yacht club, Museum of Flight, restaurants, bars, and more. There are plenty of breweries for beer lovers. And for winos, there are tasting rooms for several local wineries as well.
Along with our area guide, you'll also find everything you need to know about our home. We are striving to create memorable experiences and memories for our guests!
Your room
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Skylight room with a garden view. A closet, a small table with a chair, and a dresser. Hair dryer, towels, linens, blanket, tissue paper, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, and conditioner provided as standard.

1. The bottom floor of the house, has an open and unique layout with natural light, a private entrance located at the back of the house, viewing the big green garden.
2. 2-bedrooms, 1 master bath
3. Watch a widescreen new Smart TV and free WIFI.
4. Well-equipped new Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric appliances

6. Check-in after 3:00 PM PST

This was the perfect location for a couple days of adventures around the South Seattle area. Everything was clean, ell kept and obviously recently renovated. Beds were comfortable. Linens were clean and the kitchen well appointed. An excellent stay!

I was under the impression that we would have a house to ourselves, but we had a basement apartment underneath a family home, complete with a person (or thing) that doesn't sleep, and is walking around upstairs at all hours.Plus, on the final morning we were awakened by the sounds of slamming doors, and power tools around 8:30 AM.Other than these complaints, its not a bad property, is is conveniently located close to the air...you can hear planes taking off and landing.

This stay was good overall. Our only complaint was that the TV would not connect to the wifi so we were not able to use it. Otherwise no issues.

The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Nice unit with full kitchen and amenities. Close to SEATAC airport and 17 minutes from downtown Seattle. Free parking and reasonable cleaning fees. Highly recommended. 5/5.

It was a pleasure hosting this guest and their family. They were extremely respectful, responsible, and considerate throughout their stay. They followed all house rules, came and went responsibly, and treated the guest house as if it were their own home. Everything was left exceptionally clean, including the towels and other items in the house. They were quiet, caused no disturbances, and took great care of the property. I truly appreciate the respect they showed and would be delighted to host them again. Highly recommended! Maty.

The place wasn’t in a guest house it was in the basement. We could hear everything up stairs. We had no control of any temperature. Some of the doors wouldn’t shut. I told the Host that the toilet paper holder fell off in the middle of the night. He said he was going to file a claim. It was literally Velcro on. Just to sleep it’s ok. Other than that I wouldn’t stay there.

Hands off. Be very careful !!! I am wondering where do those good comments come from.The host is a fraud — using old damages to charge you extra fees (I am very sure that he’s not doing this for the first time). To book the apartment you need to buy an insurance and guess what? Old damage photos are waiting for you after check out.Already reported to Vrbo and they will investigate on this. I have a lawyer anyway.The furnitures have scratches everywhere and make sure you document everything when you step in.The location is extremely loud - literally directly under the flights takeoff route. You hear every 5 minutes a plane taking off over your head and you barely hear each other talking in the yard.The apartment is so dirty when we came in that we need to use the 30 year old vacuum cleaner to clean up the dirt from last guest.In Kitchen the light is broken and half of the sockets in the apartment do not work. The equipment is minimal in the kitchen - really small frying pans and pots. The host is very unfriendly and there’re no facilities for kids to play in the very simple garden — grass and earth mixed up with dirt and trash.

Although I was only here for a day, I really liked this house. It was a clean house, beautifully decorated, beautifully furnished, quiet, safety , and the owner was very enthusiastic, always answering all my questions quickly. It was a really good experience.

The location was perfect for us. We were there for fishing trip with our little family. I love that we are able to save money by cooking on a full kitchen. The only suggestion that I have it would have been nice to have plastic plates for the kids but no biggie. I was just afraid of the kids breaking any plates. The box fan were perfect. Lovely place.
