If you are here for business, we have you covered with a designated work space, including a printer.

Primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, full bathroom, 55 inch smart tv, and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed.

Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds.

There is also a main bathroom with a tub/shower.

Office/game room has a desk, printer, chair, arcade game and nice comfy couch. Couch also converts into a queen sized hide-a-bed.

Cozy living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, electric reclining chair, 65 inch smart tv, and a variety of reading material and games for the entire family.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking! There is a large fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plus a drip coffee pot, crock-pot, air fryer, and much more. Also a nice sized pantry to store all your groceries.

The backyard boasts a nice in-ground, swimming pool, new gas grill (propane is provided), and patio furniture.

This property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door.

The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time with our family. We were concerned about the pool service guy showing up at 6:30 am. We were sleeping and he woke us up and scared us as he was right outside the master. It would have been nice if we were informed in advance.

Beautiful Surprise!

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion would be more pots and pans and kitchen towels.

Great place for family & kids!

We enjoyed this house and our stay. Plenty of room and lots of options for beds! We do wish there were more towels, blankets, and garbage bags (only had one for 4 days for 4 adults and 4 kids) but we made it work. Kids enjoyed the pool but we found the floaties a day late. Arcade games were a hit!

Golf Get Away

This property was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the pool area. Thank you for providing pool water chairs. The property was clean & well stocked. I would have given 5 stars but the outside patio furniture is definitely in need of replacement. The chairs are very uncomfortable & hard to sit in. This location was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Layout of home and location ideal for a family with children or visiting grandparents having grandchildren visiting. There are activities there that would interest all ranges.We could not have had a better host. Sonja answered any question within minutes.

Excellent location ok property

Good location. Had issues with door key pad. Got locked out for 30 min had to call host for help. Pool was really dirty and not warm so couldn’t use it.

I apologize again for the keypad issue and dirty/cold pool. Keypad has been replaced and a call has been made to our pool service company. We are working hard to resolve the pool issues.

Fantastic, no hassle, 3/2, A+!

We had a great stay in this very practical, functional, relaxing house. Everything works, AC blows cold, appliances are new, pool is modest but gets the job done on hot day, no hassle on check in or out. House feels more spacious than pictures indicate, probably because it isn't crammed with unnecessary stuff. Neighborhood feels safe and quiet, very close to stores and food. Owner is available for communication as needed. It was perfect for what we were looking for, I'd definitely be back next time I'm in Surprise with family.
