This Splash Resort beach home has everything you can imagine for your unforgettable family vacation.

Daily Beach Chair Service (March through October Only) is included when you reserve this 2nd floor unit at Splash Resort for your next Panama City Beach Vacation.

Best location - minutes from Hwy 79, Frank Brown Park & Sports Complex, and the Pier Park mall featuring 900,000 Square Feet of retail shopping, dining & 16 movie theaters....10 minute drive from the northwest Florida beaches international airport.

Super nice one (1) bedroom plus bunk beds, two (2) bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the Splash East Tower.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash Resort has easy access to Pier Park Mall, the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to make your beachfront vacation in Panama City Beach one of the best you will ever experience!

Splash is a short distance to Pier Park, an extensive Tropical feel Life-Style Shopping Mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach, boasting approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included along with boutiques such as Lizard Thicket and Irene & Co, are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, and Target. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Paula Deans, Dave & Busters, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Pompano Joe's, Dick's Last Resort, and Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House.

Great accommodations

The room was very clean and in a great location. This was the first time staying on this side of the condo and was very convenient for us to access the pool and beach. Would highly recommend staying here again!

The kids had a blast!

The room was clean and comfortable. The splash pools were under the building so it was a nice way to escape the sun when you get too hot.

Awesome condo!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was super nice and clean. My only recommendation would be for property to upgrade a pool or water park to heated so could have enjoyed more.

We had a wonderful trip. The amenities was a selling point. The water park, 3 pools, lazy river, splash pad for littles and beach chairs (included in our booking). The location was great, our room was on the 2nd floor, beautiful and clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this condo!

Such a fun little vacation place

It was perfect the room was clean and we had so much fun at the splash pads and pools. The only thing we wished was different is that they had a ramp going to the beach it was difficult having to pick up our wagon and carry down 2 sets of stairs with 2 small children

Perfect place

Loved that the room was on the 2nd floor so we could choose to take the stairs or the elevator. The condo was clean and nice. Definitely bring towels with you because they do not supply very many. My family had a great stay.

Beautiful condo with amazing view!

We loved the condo and our stay in Panama City Beach. It was clean, and the view was amazing!Pros: the view, gorgeous sunset, comfy mattress (it is on the harder side, so be aware), the bathrooms were great with good water pressureCons: cannot turn the air down past 70, bed is VERY high and hard to get into, need more kitchenware, elevators are very slowOverall, it was a fabulous trip. We did have one issue and the owner fixed it right away. The resort is also very kid-friendly.

Family Vacay!

Everything was great. This was our first time staying at splash. & my expectations wasn’t that high due to being a “water splash pad” for kids. But over all it was perfect!! My kids had a blast. The only down side was 1 elevator was broke on the east tower! So thank the lord we was on the second floor! I can’t imagine being on the 21st floor!
