Welcome to C30301. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The Condo features a Queen Sofa bed in the living room and a king-size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony—a large separate walk-in laundry room with full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and Granite countertops.

Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach; Individual seaside Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.
