OCEANFRONT, Coronado Building 1 bedroom phase 2 luxury condo, 7th floor, remodeled. Largest 1 bedroom floor plan 1140 square feet, at the Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, the premier resort destination in Puerto Penasco, Mexico!

Accommodates up to 4 individuals with King Bed in Bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper in living room.
This beautifully remodeled furnished condo has a king sized bed in spacious bedroom with a 48”flat screen TV and blu-ray DVD player. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 65 inch Samsung flat screen TV, with satellite TV, in-house phone system. There is free wi-fi/ internet. Kitchen has granite countertops, full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, all utensils, glassware and cookware. There is a utility room with full sized washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and iron/ ironing board.
Private patio with great views of pools and ocean, facing west with spectacular SUNSET views!
Underground parking with elevator access direct to condominium entry.
Recent remodel by D’Calvino Design of Scottsdale, includes complete interior painting, custom feature wall, new baseboards and crown molding throughout; solid wood white kitchen cabinets, new appliances and upgraded kitchen sink and faucet. New designer furniture and high end electronics.

THE RESORT
Las Palomas Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea Of Cortez- also known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep, blue waters. The Links Golf Course at Las Palomas resort is designed by the prestigious golf course architects Forrest Richards and Arthur Jack Synder. It is a 72 Par 18-hole world class championship course. Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is the largest master planned community in Puerto Penasco.

RESORT AMENITIES
Amenities include multiple swimming pools, toddler pool, water slide, lazy river, negative edge pool, swim up bar. Jacuzzi hot tub, covered hammock area, Barbecue/ Grill Area, Spa and Fitness Center, two 5 star restaurants, underground parking, lobby, room service, and gated security.

All units at Las Palomas are SMOKE FREE and NO pets allowed.

We loved our stay ! The location was perfect and our ocean view was amazing as usual. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Our host was quick to reply with any questions I had. Las Palomas is one of our favorite places to stay and this condo did not disappoint! We would stay again !

The communication with our host was great. They sent good information making our arrival and stay super comfortable. The condo was super clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. This was our first time using VRBO in a hotel/resort property really enjoyed the extra services available. The property is really well maintained. All day long you would see someone cleaning something. The pictures of the condo and views show exactly what we found onsite. Had a wonderful stay and will be back!

The unit was exactly as advertised and was beautifully furnished with a stunning view of the ocean! We loved the Las Palomas property which had everything we needed for a family vacation - great pools and beach access, and we really appreciated the daily cleaning service. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful. We would definitely use their unit again, stay at Las Palomas and look forward to our next trip to Rocky Point.

The room was very spacious, very clean and having a full kitchen was a nice amenity. The host was amazing with communication. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The walk to the pool and beach are very close. I will definitely book this location in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, the AC kept the room nice and cool, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had great hot water and we had fresh clean towels every day, with housekeeping taking great care of us. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the sunsets from the property were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO rental! The apartment itself is so cute, so well decorated, clean, and legitimately has everything you need to cook. It has a beautiful view of the pools/ocean and quick easy access to stairs/elevator. We will absolutely be booking this spot again!

Great Stay!

The condo manager/owner was beyond nice! Condo was a little pricey, but I think everything in Las Palomas is pricey nowadays. Would definitely recommend!
