Comfortable home with lake access across Donnelly Drive with private, shared dock. Large (36 x 12) beautiful deck with lots of comfortable seating overlooking Maple Lake. Cozy and private fenced backyard with multipurpose garage space. Great for entertaining, watching movies, and working out.
Guests will have the entire house, including infrared sauna and jetted tub. Enjoy the private fenced backyard, beautiful front yard facing the lake, large deck, bonus room in the garage with exercise equipment and large screen TV great for watching movies or just hanging out. Guests can swim and fish off of the dock on Maple Lake. Kids and adults love playing on the Lily pad in the water, up to 3 kayaks available upon request. Bumpers on dock so feel free to bring your own boat or jet skis. Pontoon available to rent by the day.
