Community has pool and is minutes from tons of shopping, fitness clubs, trendy restaurants, as well as I-485 and I-77. This open floorplan home includes 3 large smart TVs, fireplace, towels, bed linens, formal dining room, bar and washer / dryer. Downstairs office includes executive chair, desk, table and bookshelf. Each bedroom has pillow top mattresses. The primary bedroom includes a king sized bed and the primary bed bathroom includes a spa shower along with a jetted tub. Kitchen includes built in microwave, gas stove, cookware, dinnerware, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Bonus room includes sleeper-sofa and recliner. Ardrey Kell / Community House school district.
