Clean and spacious. We had family arrive from Asheville, Texas and California for graduation weekend. We didn't feel crowded, never had to fight for a bathroom. Perfect for our needs!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to plenty of good restaraunts in Mint Hill, 20 minutes to Downtown. Host was very nice and accomodating. 100% recommend !

Overall the house was very nice with plenty of room for us. There are two issues. The website said there was an outside grill and there was not. Also, the patio table was very dirty and I cleaned it myself. Overall experience was good.
