Welcome to Royal Estate Manor 2, where luxury meets regal charm. Immerse yourself in a realm of whimsical elegance, meticulously crafted to ensure your utmost comfort. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home amidst lavish surroundings. Prepare to be captivated – this isn't just a house, it's an experience. Prepare to be enchanted; once you've experienced it...you'll never want to leave!

Royal Estate Manor 2 is the right side of our duplex. Enjoy your completely private home or reservation the left side (Royal Estate Manor) , if available! When I design a home I pour myself completely into it! I design it with the same beauty and comfort that I want in my home. Enjoy the exquisite design! I may have gone over the top a bit..

There is patio furniture under a gazebo for your comfort. There's Bluetooth in the bathroom that you can connect to with an LED mirror with different light modes. I have available coffee with the cream and sugar. Bottled waters are in the fridge. Feel free to do your laundry. Detergent is supplied. There's also a clothes steamer. The T.V.'s have Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV and other apps for your entertainment. The kitchen is available to prepare meals with basic necessities if you feel like staying in. I have supplied a Belgian waffle maker, waffle mix, oil, butter and syrup for breakfast. I have bottled waters in the fridge. Bon appetite!

We're located on beautiful historic Sayles BLVD directly across the street from McMurray University. We're centrally located so we're minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, Churches, parks, hospitals, ACU, HSU and Dyess Air Force Base.

We're located on a busy boulevard but free parking is available. HEB, restraunts, parks and shopping are walking distance.

We are centrally located so you are minutes away from Universities, hospitals, downtown, parks, shopping Dyess Air Force Base are restraunts. Sayles BLVD is known for it's beauty and history.

Please note: To give you the best possible experience, our professional management team requires a mandatory Guest Portal to that allows you to access the house. As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! Whichever is most convenient for you.

We rented both sides of this adorable duplex for ACU graduation. So cute and trendy, love the artsy feel. Had everything we needed with plenty of space for family. Comfortable beds and very clean. Will definitely be staying again.

Well decorated & cozy

Ample parking, layout of the home (duplex) is odd with the back bedroom only being accessible by traveling through the front bedroom (but it works well for kids.) My wife loved looking at the decorations and appreciated the consistent theme throughout the residence.

Very nice and clean home. Only drawback that I did not realize from the pictures is you must go through one bedroom to get to the other. With our group consisting of 2 adult couples, there was no privacy.

I absolutely love Sayles BLVD. It's beautiful and historic. We're right in the middle of town so everything is close. Right across the street from McMurray University and minutes away from ACU and HSU and Dyess Air Force Base.

What makes this property unique

This property is designed and created with blood sweat and tears. I poured my whole self into it. The aesthetic is Marie Antoinette inspired that is quirky, yet elegant. It's my happy place. Once you have stayed here, you will understand why it's my favorite.
