Open floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, mud room, laundry room, full kitchen, dining room. The outside features a Traeger grill, fire pit, dog run and beautiful country scenery.

Quiet and relaxing

We are a group of 50 and 60-year-old women who wanted to celebrate a birthday and spend some time together. The unit was very clean and set up nicely. Three bedrooms with two twin beds in each and two more bedrooms with full size beds in each. Also two really nice bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and a large dining and living room with plenty of seating as well as a nice fire pit outside. About 15 minutes outside of Emporia, so a nice quiet setting. Great stay!

Absolutely perfect

We had a small group of leaders stay for a leadership retreat. It is a simple space but beautifully decorated and maintained. It was perfect for our needs! A well-stocked kitchen with all we needed (utensils, stovetop cookware and basic spices, etc.), seating for our whole group in the recliners AND at the kitchen table, and community sleep space (but with separate beds :))…we commented over and over how thoughtfully everything was put together. Brandon was exceptional at responding quickly to inquiries as well. Several of my group members said they would definitely bring guests here, and we all agreed it could be a great “return” spot for next year’s retreat!
