Large spacious clean fun stay!

Came for a wedding, was not expecting how amazing the place was going to be so we were all very happy! Used the sauna a few times to destress from wedding things and am so happy to have found an amazing stay!

Annual Golf Trip

The house was easily able to accommodate 12 people, we really enjoyed the open kitchen space. Check in process was very easy, James was responsive any time I messaged.

Great and cozy stay in Arvada

Overall great stay and had a blast at this place!The house was spacious, clean and peovided everything we need for our stay. There was plenty of room for my entire fanily, and even extra matresses below one of the beds for extra room. Checkin and checkout was smooth, no issues with our stay and were overall happy!

I was very disappointed. The house is old and not kept up. The front and back yard is shabby and in desperate need of gardening, cleaning and landscaping. The backyard furniture was , old, pieced together and dirty. The patio and front of house have not been swept and cleaned up in apparently a very long time. The dirt, debris and spider webs was alarming. The “suana” and “cold plunge” should be removed as a feature in the advertisement. We would not have used it if the backyard was presentable. The onsite gym is a joke. That area should be used to put in a kitchen table. This house is supposed to sleep 10 to 12 people, but there is nowhere to sit. There is a countertop bar with six stools and no kitchen table. The living room only sits 4 to 6 people if you’re all squeezed in together. The area rug is dirty and stained. The furniture is mismatched and pieced together.The kitchen is poorly appointed. The pots and pans are very old, scratched up and really should be thrown away. The appliances and utensils appear as if they were bought at somebody’s garage sale. The main bathroom upstairs is a bathtub/shower. I have elderly parents and they were not able to use it because there are no safety handrails.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I was misled by the ten star reviews, and the pictures were deceptive. I knew it was an older home in an older neighborhood, but had expected it to be as described and reviewed. We left a day early due to our experience.

We had a great experience. The house is in a great location. The house was clean and plenty of space for the 10 of us. The owner was prompt to respond and made our trip smooth. We will definitely use the location again when in the area.

Host was very helpful giving instructions to get air conditioner working when we arrived and realized it was not working. All appliances and utensils we could have wanted were available in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 15 and a few extra visitors for a few hours. Park is accessible without crossing a street which was very handy for small children we had with us. Park is right behind house but you must walk to the end of the block and around to get to it. We all enjoyed our time there. House was very clean when we arrived.
